When I came to Pu'er, I was fortunate to live in the Inn of Qicha Town. Entering the room, the eyes are bright, the room is spacious, bright, simple and stylish, even the toilet is smart! It is very comfortable to live in. Every day after walking outdoors and playing, I return to the room with a good mood. In addition, the beautiful boss will sincerely invite everyone to drink tea, drink coffee, and chat with everyone casually, which is very friendly, so returning to the inn feels like going home. It's been a few days since I left the hotel, and I've been busy traveling on the road. I just remembered it by chance today. I must give it a good review! It is also recommended to those who like to travel and can go to Pu'er!

The hospitality was very great. One of the best one that we had in China. The kindness of the reception ladies was awesome. They accompanied us trought our stay, by activities suggestions and transportation help. Thank you for this unforgettable welcoming.

Nice Hotel on the 5th (top) floor. Very nice and helpful reception. The hotel even offered a shuttle service to the train station on our departure day. The hotel is jus a short stroll away from a large food and bar area with everything to enjoy the evening. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a room with terrace to the water side which was quite nice. But be aware that your opposing neighbors will look straight into your full room. So if taking a bath, showering or whatever, close the curtains or allow sneak peeks... The overall breakfast quality was good. Fresh fruit, toast and coffee plus a higher quality standard chinese assortment. Sadly however, not even close to the picture promise. All in all, I would come back again if I planned another stay in Pu'er :)

Free unlimited fruits in the reception lobby, unlimited mineral water in the aisles on the floors. The room is equipped with raw Pu'er tea and cooked tea and coffee, which are not cheap. The room is also equipped with a small refrigerator, and the drinks in it are free. The breakfast is free and rich in variety, with Chinese, Western and Japanese flavors, and there is also a free night meal in the evening, which tastes very good. Strongly recommend staying. During our stay, some of us were not feeling well. Chen Chunluo, the hotel manager on duty that night, escorted us to the hospital immediately, and she paid for the taxi and registration fees by herself. We would not charge her afterwards, saying that she should do it. The front desk staff also helped to comfort, and the hotel's vice president Liu kept sending messages to inquire about the situation. I am very grateful for the concern of the hotel staff. It is a warm, enthusiastic and professional hotel! Will definitely stay in Pu'er next time.

The room is quite new, the windows are large, the environment is good, the flowers entering the door are very beautiful But there are a few experiences for reference only 1 The elevator does not need to swipe the card, so there are drunk people knocking on the door in the middle of the night (knocked for a long time with the dialect that I can't understand), and I was scared to wake up. I called the front desk and the front desk responded that the drunk person went to the wrong room. 2 I don’t like the street because it’s noisy, so I specially asked to live in a room that’s not facing the street. As a result, you guess what is behind the parking lot + car wash. There will be guests coming and going at 8 o’clock in the morning. 3 There will always be dogs barking, and the barking is very sad. It is the kind of screaming that is beaten very badly. Ask the front desk to reply that there is a pet hospital behind it. 4 The room is not soundproof. Unfortunately, I felt that someone quarreled upstairs that day, and I was also scared to wake up. It was accompanied by the sound of furniture. If the above can be accepted, this hotel is still a very good hotel

From Yuanyang terraces to Xishuangbanna, passing by Pu'er. Choose this quiet city to stay. Because it was the day I felt settled, the price rose slightly, and it would be cheaper to book in advance. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and I like the design style. The hotel has its own parking lot, the surrounding environment is quiet, and the supermarket and food are very convenient. like!

This inn is basically my fixed accommodation hotel in Pu'er. It is cost-effective, the layout and interior decoration are relatively refreshing, and the lighting is also very good. The utensils and quilts are also relatively clean. There is no one that has been used for a long time ( Chen Wei). The most important point is that the boss is kind and enthusiastic.

Lovely hotel, clean and modern. Location was ok, next to a half open mall, no convenient stores nearby which was a little annoying. All scenic areas are a short taxi journey away, 3-5 km, not more than 15RMB. Breakfast was average, limited fruit selection, coffee was horrid, mostly Chinese food. Staff were very helpful. Tea, coffee, kettle, water and toiletries in the room. Overall definitely worth the stay for a couple of nights as the price is affordable and the tourist attractions are nearby.

Pu'er's James Coffee is simply great, the rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is exquisite, and the breakfast is delicious. I upgraded my room type for free, gave breakfast, and sent afternoon tea snacks on the third day. All staff are polite, good service, great! As a hardcore stew powder, I will still choose James Coffee in the future.
