非常差，態度不好，不人性化，大年初四定了這個酒店，因堵在高速大理洱海段，就取消了訂單，不知道什麼原因沒有取消成功，本人不知道有這個訂單存在，當晚酒店沒有提醒客人入住，第二天扣款後，本人才知道有這個訂單存在，聯繫平台，平台聯繫酒店，酒店態度強硬拒絕退房費，但凡酒店晚上打個電話問一下這麼晚了客人怎麼還沒有入住，我都會知道有這個訂單存在，被扣款也心服口服，這件事讓我這次雲南行體驗感都不好了。

初二下午到達思茅，是套房，一家人很方便。到客運站比較近，方便出遊；離五一市場也近，買東西方便。老闆也很熱情，三人出遊推薦入住。

交通位置方便，房間衞生打掃得很乾凈，房間佈置得很有特色，，老闆人很和藹，可以免費寄存行李，真的很不錯.

設施：空調有熱風，洗漱用品齊全，熱水恆温、熱得快、水大。四樓有個大平台，有晾衣桿，方便晾衣服。
衞生：乾淨整潔、無異味
環境：窗户隔音，休息得很好。樓下就有葯店，對面有早點鋪（包子、米幹），周邊有小賣鋪，臨近菜市場。
服務：前台的工作人員、打掃的阿姨 都很友善，入住時幫提了行李。住宿時是平安夜୧⍤⃝🍎店家還送了蘋果🍎
