Family-friendly Hotels in Pu＇er

We really enjoyed our stay and found the staff professional and friendly. The lake is beautiful and although the location is a bit out of the main city there is a nice and relaxed suburb/village near by that is actually prettier and more nicer than the centre. About a 5 minutes walk from the resort you will find shops, restaurants etc. However, we were disappointed that the spa which was sign posted, as well as two restaurants within the resort don’t actually exist. We would still recommend the resort in any case and we able to use elema and call didis easily.

When staying at Red Panda Manor, the hotel provides free battery car tickets. The battery car is on call to go to the restaurant and back to the room, which is super convenient. You can also take a battery car from the hotel to the entrance of Sun River Forest Park. When you come out, you can take the battery car back to the room service center to pick up your luggage, which is very convenient. The cultural creations and red panda peripherals in the hotel room service center are so cute that even an adult like me can't put them down, and the prices are not very expensive and are acceptable. Having breakfast at the hotel in the morning, you can feed the baby deer and drink milk. Red pandas will also wander around the restaurant. You can also see various birds inhabiting the restaurant. Eating in such a natural restaurant is an overwhelming experience, and the children can enjoy the meal while eating. You can also enjoy the natural scenery and protect animals. The small animals in Sun River Forest Park are free-range without cages. Each animal is taken care of by a dedicated breeder who knows them well. It was past two o'clock in the afternoon when we checked in. We caught the last battery car to pet small animals. The tourist groups had already left in the afternoon. In the forest park, we touched rhinos, fed sika deer, and saw small monkeys, binturongs, We even got to feed an internet celebrity red panda, which was a worthwhile trip!

I really recommend this hotel. The decoration is in my favorite style. The single bed is wide enough. There is also a special tea table and tea set in the room. The store also specially sent four cups of warm milk to help sleep. There is a professional teaching of tea ceremony and incense in the hotel. I took my child to experience the flower arrangement of Mr. Rodin. If you have time, I recommend everyone to try it, it is really professional. The manager also enthusiastically recommended local snacks to us. The hotel is more than ten minutes away from the high-speed railway. Free pick-up and drop-off for hotel guests can be said to be quite convenient.

Not to mention the geographical location, Simao District is not far away by taxi, and the mountain roads are not shaky. The price is a bit exaggerated. Nice Hotel on the 5th (top) floor. Very nice and helpful reception. The hotel even offered a shuttle service to the train station on our departure day. The hotel is jus a short stroll away from a large food and bar area with everything to enjoy the evening. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a room with terrace to the water side which was quite nice. But be aware that your opposing neighbors will look straight into your full room. So if taking a bath, showering or whatever, close the curtains or allow sneak peeks... The overall breakfast quality was good. Fresh fruit, toast and coffee plus a higher quality standard chinese assortment. Sadly however, not even close to the picture promise. All in all, I would come back again if I planned another stay in Pu'er :)

Lovely hotel, clean and modern. Location was ok, next to a half open mall, no convenient stores nearby which was a little annoying. All scenic areas are a short taxi journey away, 3-5 km, not more than 15RMB. Breakfast was average, limited fruit selection, coffee was horrid, mostly Chinese food. Staff were very helpful. Tea, coffee, kettle, water and toiletries in the room. Overall definitely worth the stay for a couple of nights as the price is affordable and the tourist attractions are nearby.

Transportation: In the botanical garden, you need to drive a 3KM winding mountain road to navigate to the Asia-Pacific Forest Base. The standard room in the China Pavilion is connected to many other rooms, so it is quite noisy. At night, I can hear the voice of other people talking, and the sound of snoring next door, which is really terrible. At 11 or 12 o'clock in the evening, someone next door will be woken up when they come back. Choose the China Pavilion carefully if you have poor sleep quality! Only single family cottages are recommended. Service: I read reviews saying that the service is very good, but I didn't feel much about it, so I can only say it's okay. When I arrived, I said I would trouble you to arrange a quieter room, so I gave 902 in the China Pavilion. As soon as I went to put down my things, they said they would change us to a room next to 909, which would be quieter. Then why not give it in the first place? It was raining heavily when I went back the next afternoon, so I called the hotel to ask if I could arrange a car to come down the mountain to pick me up. The reply is that it is too rainy to pick up now. We waited for a while and the rain did not stop, so we bit the bullet and drove up the mountain. However, there were no less than 3 battery cars driving down the mountain to see off the guests on the road. I really have a question mark on my face❓The car is going down the mountain, why not pick us up by the way? Can't understand! Breakfast: Breakfast is okay, basic, enough to fill you up, you can cook rice noodles or dried rice. After the rain, the road is full of water and mud. Overall, this hotel feels more suitable for staying for one night when the weather is sunny.

This hotel has won the approval of our family. The room is large in size, and the pool in the room is also large. It is really comfortable to take a bath and look at the tranquil scenery outside the window. There may not be any marketing account to promote, but it is definitely a treasure hotel. In the evening, there will be warm good night milk and a large plate of fruit candies. Breakfast is a fixed set per person, full. The only problem may be that there are too few rooms. There are currently only 17 rooms. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, but it is especially suitable for self-driving. We can’t wait to stay here for a week to rest.

The B&B is located in a community in Pu'er. The location is pretty easy to find. When I came in, I found that it was unique. It was designed in Japanese style and every small detail was taken care of. You need slippers to enter the hotel. The tatami is very clean. The owner built a landscape on the third floor and also left a tea room. , the bedding is very clean and comfortable, and the owner's details can be seen in many small corners, which is worth experiencing.
