The location is excellent, very close to the train station. The room is very clean and comfortable, the sheets and quilts are very clean, the wifi is also very good, and there is no lag when watching movies. The bathroom facilities are also complete, the shampoo is very fragrant, and the receptionist at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. Thank you for switching to a standard room with the same price and free parking space. I will choose this store next time! The quality is worthy of the price!

The location of the hotel is okay. I am not familiar with Simao Road for the first time. The front desk patiently told me how to get there. Their parking lot is behind the hotel. Just go down the stairs to the front desk. It is very clean and warm and comfortable overall. For me, The price/performance ratio is quite high for people traveling on business, highly recommended!

I often travel outside. Every time I go to a place, I prefer James Coffee. I like the service, atmosphere, facilities, environment, meals of this hotel. The stay is particularly comfortable. The location of the hotel is usually very good and the travel is particularly convenient. Pu'er's James Coffee is simply great, the rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is exquisite, and the breakfast is delicious. I upgraded my room type for free, gave breakfast, and sent afternoon tea snacks on the third day. All staff are polite, good service, great! As a hardcore stew powder, I will still choose James Coffee in the future.

The hotel is newly renovated. The rooms are very large, clean and very comfortable. There is an elevator and there is a free parking space in front. It is about 200 meters away from Chuangji Shang City. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The only drawback is that the surrounding environment is very average.

It wasn’t the hotel’s fault in regards of foreigner police registration during check-in, but they made me wait in the lobby for a whole hour without even making me go into the room first. It would have been nice if they at least gave me the room key. Overall it was a nice hotel, very new, had laundry room (which is a plus for backpackers) and good location (walking distance to main areas) but for foreigners, please be sure you are not in a hurry because the check-in takes too long and even if you clearly show your health and travel codes are green it will take long.

The hospitality was very great. One of the best one that we had in China. The kindness of the reception ladies was awesome. They accompanied us trought our stay, by activities suggestions and transportation help. Thank you for this unforgettable welcoming.

The room is very large, although the hotel is in the downtown area of Chuangji business district, but the living is very quiet. In the morning, I can eat the breakfast provided by the hotel. It is very rich. There are many kinds of choices. I like to eat miscellaneous sauce and choose this ～. Would recommend to friends, will come next time on business trip.

The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center, not far from Daijia Lane in Meizi Lake Park Ximahe Park, and it is only a ten-minute walk from Yaqi Star. Although the hotel has few breakfast varieties, the rice noodles are delicious, and there are many condiments. The attitude of the hotel staff is very good.

Nice Hotel on the 5th (top) floor. Very nice and helpful reception. The hotel even offered a shuttle service to the train station on our departure day. The hotel is jus a short stroll away from a large food and bar area with everything to enjoy the evening. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a room with terrace to the water side which was quite nice. But be aware that your opposing neighbors will look straight into your full room. So if taking a bath, showering or whatever, close the curtains or allow sneak peeks... The overall breakfast quality was good. Fresh fruit, toast and coffee plus a higher quality standard chinese assortment. Sadly however, not even close to the picture promise. All in all, I would come back again if I planned another stay in Pu'er :)

I traveled with my girlfriends and booked two rooms, the hotel rooms are quiet, the facilities are complete, the sanitation score is full, and the waiters and staff are very enthusiastic! All hotel staff will take the initiative to greet you, very polite, handing things to you with both hands, the service is sincere and makes people feel good. Free unlimited fruits in the reception lobby, unlimited mineral water in the aisles on the floors. The room is equipped with raw Pu'er tea and cooked tea and coffee, which are not cheap. The room is also equipped with a small refrigerator, and the drinks in it are free. The breakfast is free and rich in variety, with Chinese, Western and Japanese flavors, and there is also a free night meal in the evening, which tastes very good. Strongly recommend staying. During our stay, some of us were not feeling well. Chen Chunluo, the hotel manager on duty that night, escorted us to the hospital immediately, and she paid for the taxi and registration fees by herself. We would not charge her afterwards, saying that she should do it. The front desk staff also helped to comfort, and the hotel's vice president Liu kept sending messages to inquire about the situation. I am very grateful for the concern of the hotel staff. It is a warm, enthusiastic and professional hotel! Will definitely stay in Pu'er next time.
