The hotel's breakfast is full of fruits, and the location is about 7 Euros from the old city center for rent. There is a water park next to it but it is not open in winter. One of the quadruple rooms booked is a sofa bed. The hotel bathroom design is good. Separate, the wash basin is also very convenient. The swimming pool is warm. The outdoor temperature in December is about 20 degrees. It is not cold at all in the evening.

The hotel is in the central area, a few minutes walk to the Royal Palace and the Cathedral! The hotel itself is so beautiful that it has become a part of the tourist check-in. The hotel front desk and the service staff who received guests were very good. But the hotel air conditioning was loud, and I don’t know if the hotel lights had problems with the sensor or something. I took the children to order room service to eat in the hotel. While eating, all the lights went out and the baby was scared! There was no response when the switch was pressed again. I called the front desk and someone came to see it soon. He came and it was fine again (but the engineering department spoke Spanish and couldn’t communicate). The room was on the first floor and it was very noisy when the car passed by outside. The baby didn’t sleep until more than 10:40. After everyone fell asleep, there was a loud knock on the door. The room service staff knocked on the wrong door to deliver tissues and woke everyone up again! ! ! ! It was a very tossing accommodation experience! ! ! ! Thank you to the front desk staff for fixing the plane for the child✈️

This is a second hand review on behalf of family. It was booked as a gift but by all accounts my brother and his wife thoroughly enjoyed their time at the hotel. They were upgraded for free and commented on how good the egg station was, offering a variety of options. I’ve noticed some people have complained about the distance to the tourist sites, but they had no issues whatsoever in this regard. We are walking family anyway, but for those who maybe a little reluctant, it took them about 15-20 minutes only, passing through a busy street with locals, restaurants and shops, so no concerns about safety. The hotel’s proximity to the train station is a bonus.

I didn't expect it to be the first review of this hotel, this hotel really don't be too good! There are art cells, love clean and thoughtful service! The pictures are all direct shots of the original pictures. It is worthy of being the design list ranking hotel. It is really beautiful. Even the wallpaper is not good. The hotel alone can definitely make films, and it is clean and tidy. The equipment is easy to use. The service is very intimate, enter the door for small snacks, there will be good morning chocolate and water every day, so the details are full, I think this is the most satisfactory hotel for this trip. The living room and dining room on the first floor are also very beautiful. In short, it is absolutely right to like beauty. Location is walking to the Cathedral of the Seville Palace, ten minutes, very good to visit along the street

酒店有嚴重的種族歧視。我在這酒店住兩晚，預訂了兩天的早餐。第一天我早餐快吃完的時候，才發現其他客人進來之後都有服務員過去問，需要咖啡還是茶，服務員還會專門拿一個菜單過去，問客人是不是需要單點菜單上的菜？原來這酒店的早餐分兩部分：公共取餐區+菜單單點。菜單上的菜是包含在早餐費用裏的，我連菜單都沒見過，更不要提點餐了。連咖啡我都是自己主動要的，也沒人來問我喝什麼。後續我問了服務員，為什麼沒有給我提供和其他客人一樣的服務，她説她沒看到我。大姐，我這麼大一個人在餐廳坐了30分鐘你説你沒看到我？我和酒店經理溝通，因為我完全被忽略了，也沒享受到任何早餐菜單上的服務，所以要求退早餐錢，大概23歐元。她説，退款不可能，對我最好的補償是明天早餐時，讓服務員對我和其他客人一樣。🤷。她還特意説，我們對中國人沒有歧視，就像我們也不歧視黑人和猶太人，再説了，服務員沒給你菜單你不會主動要嗎？你看這話説的，***. 我説，你會要求別的客人也主動要菜單嗎？如果不是的話，你憑什麼要求我？我建議任何有良知的人都不要住這個種族歧視的酒店，我們應該讓所有種族歧視在這個地球上消失。建議攜程取消和這個酒店的合作。如果不想服務中國人，就不要賺中國人的錢了。
