The hotel is clean and friendly. The breakfast is neatly prepared. It is a hotel with more European travelers than Asians. The people at the desk are very friendly. The hotel location is 200-300 meters from the front and back of the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall. There is pleasure in traveling by tram. ㆍWe stayed in a suite because Desk Cheek One upgraded the room. ㆍIt was so nice and thankful to have a veranda ㆍ

The room feels like a low-end version of Ibis, there are no tea bags, coffee bags, toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, and only two toothbrush cups. Inform the hotel in advance that the kettle will be equipped. The room is not as big as Ibis, but adequate. The temperature of 3-13 degrees does not turn on the air conditioner (is it a period of energy shortage in Europe? I can't say it, the front desk said that someone would come to check and no one would come), but fortunately, we went to the main station to hug us on the night we checked in. Two quilts (the main station said no one let us go by ourselves, but there were actually two boys at the front desk). I slept in the double bed until the morning and found that it was separated. Fortunately, they were all honest people, hahaha. The room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. It was a five-star standard. The trash cans in the room are classified, the robot tray for breakfast is relatively novel, and the transportation is quite convenient. Cleaning is probably only after check out, no one came to clean for 3 days.

The room is quite big and clean, with curtains by the bed, two types of bedside lamps, and all the tableware downstairs so you can cook for yourself. The public bathroom and toilet are not separate for each room. The advantage is that the space is large. There were not many people there during the statutory holidays in May, so I was lucky

First impressions of the hotel were good despite the hotel looking shabby as it claims to be 4 star the reception staff were very welcoming during check in, however everything went downhill from there. My room was not ready by check in so I was told to wait and the reception staff I had to deal with subsequently was very unprofessional and patronising, answering a phone call and talking for 10 minutes in the middle of issuing my room keys leaving me standing there despite me telling him I was tired from the journey. The hotel corridor leading to the rooms looked grim and depressing. Surprisingly on the plus side, rooms were much nicer and clean. On the other hand, no toiletries were provided despite being claiming to be a 4 star hotel. The hand wash/shower gel/shampoo seemed to be the same liquid and the only toiletry provided. The bed frame was undoubtedly a double but made up with two single mattresses which doesn’t make much sense. Everything else in the room was decent. The facilities the hotel were subpar as well, the gym was full of old rusty equipment, whilst not the best gym it is better than a lot of hotel “gyms”. The pool however, was closed due to “technical reasons” is what it said on the notice, very convenient. The room-keeping staff on checkout day were very unprofessional, barging into the room without knocking from 8AM and following up a couple more times, despite door being chained locked. Overall, my experience at this hotel was lacking for what I consider to be 4 stars, from the staff and rooms to the amenities and facilities, I would not return.

The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly. It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

This just few steps from the whole attractions of the beautiful Prague old city, shopping malls, restaurants, bars, everything is within a minute or two walking distance, undisputable location. Rooms are specious and comfy, bathrooms are also wide and big, AC works properly.. Rest of hotel services are typical excellent standard of Marriott. Breakfast is rich with plenty of varieties, however, there are NO big dinning options at the hotel despite of its big size, yet this is not a big deal cause the moment you step out of the hotel front door, nice restaurants are loaded everywhere. Bit expensive but will book it again if in Prague.

We stayed 5 days in this recently refurbished hotel, our room was brand new, good size for Europe, nice lounge, coffee machine and nice bathroom, including rain shower There are some teething problems such as the air conditioner not working, so the rooms are a little hot, and no English channels on the TV. The service we received was excellent from our check in experience including great dining suggestions, our room attendant Osanko made sure everything was in order and checked to see if we required any additional items. Breakfast each morning was a lovely continental range and again very attentive service

On the last night of the Czech Republic, I decided to set up a high-end hotel. The interior environment is good, clean and tidy. This is the only hotel in the Czech Republic that has prepared slippers. Hahaha... The front desk is also super good. We will prepare the map for us and help us set the next day. The taxi to the airport is regrettable because there is no calculation time and no early breakfast.

The hotel is elegant and decadent. Conveniently situated and a short distance to the city main shopping high street and amenities. The bedroom was tasteful, spacious and quiet. Staff are attentive and friendly that created that level of ambience. Special gratitude to the concierge gentleman and the young waitress at breakfast. Breakfast buffet and in my opinion provided a good selection for our requirements. It's a shame that the hotel restaurant was not opened in the evening as we would of loved to have dined in it for one of our evening stays. However, we did enjoy our stay there. The only negative really was that there was no coffee/tea making facilities in our room. I would of expected this as a standard particularly in a 5 star hotel. That said, we would recommend the hotel. It's beautiful, ideally situated, and like I said, the staff were friendly.

Amazing hotel , friendly and polite staffs , nice location , very close to old town center . The breakfast was amazing . The room is very nice , wonderful sheets , love the lighting in the bathroom and the huge double mirror .
