Currently staying here and didn’t know what to expect to walk into after I read a lot of reviews. Got a bolt taxi straight from the airport for just over £15. Hotel staff are so friendly. Rooms are clean, warm and comfy. Serve breakfast each morning if required. The cleaner comes each day to see if you need any extra towels or anything. Bolt taxi to the old town is just over £5. Would definitely come and stay here again as the location to everything is also very good.

Please don’t come here AT ALL. This was THE WORST experience I’ve ever had in a so called “4 star” hotel in my life. They are extremely strict on the 2 p.m. check in times and when we did end up singing back from the city centre, the room we were given had a disgusting smell of urine. The carpets were also absolute filthy as well as the walls painted in a weird colour almost making you feel s as though you’re in prison. We were then moved to a different room which once again absolutely stunk of something, but we thought we would just stay there and see how it goes and spend as little time in the hotel as possible. However the next day when we came back from town we then were widened to putting it rooms keys in and there being no electricity at all. At this point we had enough and decided to leave the hotel and find somewhere else. I did feel bad for the people working there in the reception as they were very kind but whoever owns the place is not ruining it well at all. This completely ruined my idea of booking somewhere nice for my girlfriends birthday and has ruined it for her as well as ruining it for me as I feel like I’ve messed it up for her. This is not a 4 star hotel at all. I would give it 1 and a half stars at most. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL AT ALL!!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Was worried about the reviews before arriving but was pleasantly surprised by a fantastic hotel! I went with 2 friends at start of November and was very happy with our accomodation. The staff were friendly, room was massive, location was fine, and beds were comfy. DONT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS, this place was GREAT!

The hotel was great. It was clean and had friendly staff. Lots of variety of food options available by the hotel. The downside is this hotel is pretty far from Prague 1 tourist attractions if walking. It is a 10-15 minute cab ride. During my stay there was some very noisy guests but this is not the hotels fault just inconsiderate guests. Overall great value for your money.

Very friendly staff. The hotel is easily accessed by bus from both Flora and Florenc, or a short walk if you take a tram to Ohrada. The hotel is very basic but I had a great stay, the bed was comfy and the towels are very soft and nice (not always the case in cheaper hotels). The room was a bit dusty upon check-in and I don't think anyone vacuumed it for the first week, but they did clean daily. Never tried the breakfast but it smelled nice. Would stay again!

Easy to get to the main part and buses were just outside the hotel got good links
