Jambo! Zanzibar, a beautiful island with so much tourist. I wanted a quiet, safe place for myself and my Hubby and 4 years old daughter. Every year we go somewhere and book all those big hotels. But this time I wanted something different which would have Local touch, and quiet place. 1st impression of the place? TRANQUILITY. I’m normally skeptical about mattress and pillows, and we were in the need of a good night sleep. Well the bed was so comfortable to the point we slept good 8 hrs straight! Mr. Boniphace (Bony), And Mr Hassan (Real GentleMan) and Mr. Mudrick and Miss Angel, has taken care of us so much that we are ever so grateful! Mudrick and Angel has been super attentive, so caring, and has been a great friend to my daughter! Me and Hubby we both felt very safe to leave my daughter with Angel, while me and hubby we were swimming in the sea. I was worried about the food, because My daughter is quite fussy, but Mudrick and Angel made sure she had food. We stayed there for 2 weeks, and the hospitality and care and love we have received, it will be hard for any other place to match their level. The view from the restaurant every morning was amazing! We never had to ask for our drinks, Angel and Mudrick constantly checked on us and refilled our drinks with fresh Juices, Smoothies, fruits plates, popcorns, chips, banana crisps. Swimming pool is amazing, and my daughter learned how to swim in this swimming pool. Yes I Agree the sandy beach isn’t pure sand only, it has few corals, but then we wanted Tranquility and we got that. We wanted to be far away from people and noise! There were free transport to Nungwi and Kendwa when ever we wanted. All our activities has been taken care by Mr. Bony. And Mr. Hassan is the guy if you need anything in Zanzibar. Last 14 days has been amazing and we will dearly miss the place and the people. And I will be back to zanzibar and will be staying at this place, no doubt, and next time I’m bringing the whole family! Asante Sana for making my memories so special!
