Ficamos 1 diaria no sistema all inclusive, o resort e bom, porem deveria ser somente sistema all inclusive para todos os hospedes,quarto confortável, boa localização, ponto a melhorar estrutura da barraca de praia E não conseguimos assistir a TV porque não estava funcionando e ao solicitar manutenção fomos informados que o responsável não estava presente

Adoro ficar hospedada no Ondas Praia, local de fácil acesso, perto de tudo que precisar,os funcionários são muito educados e gentis, tem os monitores que estão fazendo recreação com as crianças bem bacana .E só atravessar a avenida temos a barraca de Peaia do Ondas onde passamos o dia.Recomendo sempre para meus amigos o Ondas com certeza ,é a melhor oportunidade de viver uma experiência inesquecível. O ponto de melhoria seria na cama de casal que tem uma ondulação no meio que é desconfortável,no mais estou satisfeita com o Resort.

Local limpo, bonito, confortável e moderno, com boas opções de lazer e programações de entretenimento que mudam a cada dia. Só achei os travesseiros um pouco finos e as programações ao longo da semana serem mais atraentes que as do fim de semana. Mas como um todo, a estadia foi incrível!

La verdad es que la pasamos muy bien.Porto Seguro es un lugar encantador. El Hotel es muy lindo, limpio y muy bien mantenido. Es un hotel netamente familiar, el área de piscina es ideal para los niños. Las habitaciones son cómodas y con bastante espacio. El personal es muy amable (Robson de recepción, un verdadero capo), siempre atentos. La limpieza y mantenimiento de las áreas comunes es impecable. La comida es buena, pero repetitiva y con poca variedad. Por ejemplo agregaría más frutas en el desayuno, alternativas a comidas brasileras en el almuerzo y la cena (variedad de fiambres, papas fritas, hamburguesas por ejemplo). Ofrecería más alternativas en el restaurante de playa. Los tragos no son muy buenos, y lo sirven en vasitos de plástico. Estaría bueno que ofrezcan más variedad de frutas y licuados, cómo así también servir los tragos en copas de plástico que da otra imagen. El lugar es hermoso, la pasamos muy bien!!
