O local é ótimo. Porém o esgoto do hotel estava entupido e demorou 5 dias para resolver... O hotel tem uma péssima internet não pega nos quartos. (A não ser que tenha modem privado do apartamento), caso contrário desista. Meu quarto sem investimento do proprietário. Espelho e louças enferrujadas. Sem utensílios extra, apenas microondas, porta galão de água e geladeira. Mais nada. Box do banheiro e azulejos em péssimo estado. Reforma depende muito do proprietário. O meu não estava em boas condições não, dava pra usar,mas... Tem outros melhores. Comida top. Porém, hoje faço aniversário de casada e estamos em 5 pessoas. Só eu como camarão. Implorei pra copa fazer um prato com camarão pois aqui está chovendo e nada. Nenhuma negociação! Ou eu mato a minha vontade e mato junto meus familiares que são alérgicos ou como outra coisa pois em nenhum lugar de Porto seguro tem porção pra uma pessoa só, achei muito indelicado! 7 dias aqui e ninguém vende porção individual... A sauna só funciona de 16:00 as 19:00. E nem sempre tem um bom cheiro. Tem um plástico de proteção de biquíni e está no chão a 6 dias. Equipe de limpeza nota mil. Porém o meu corredor Jesus. Todos os 5 dias com cheiro de esgoto. Comida que foi pedida no quarto super top mas o café da manhã não recomendo de jeito nenhum.

Hotel de três estrelas ótimo, café da manhã maravilhoso, duas piscinas boas(inclusive meus dois sobrinhos, amaram), quarto limpo e aconchegante, localidade do hotel excelente e a cidade maravilhosa para uma férias com a família. Pretendo voltar! Até breve!

Amei minha estada , atendimento bom e ágil ! Quarto muito bom arrumadinho a limpeza é impecável . Hotel silêncioso durante a noite proporcionando uma noite de sono tranquila . Café da manhã pouca variedade mas muito gostoso e bem feito ! Voltaria várias vezes se tiver mais oportunidade de ir a Porto !
