Minha estadia foi maravilhosa! Desde o check-in, a equipe foi extremamente atenciosa e prestativa. O quarto estava impecavelmente limpo, confortável e bem equipado. As áreas comuns são bem cuidadas, e a localização é excelente, perto das praias e das melhores cabanas. O café da manhã foi um dos destaques, com uma grande variedade de opções frescas e saborosas. Hotel aconchegante quarto com tamanho bom cama confortável,área externa muito boa bem cuidada,café da manhã bom,os colaboradores sempre prestativos em especial Lucas e Cris . Único ressalto e a colocação de barras de apoio nos banheiros pois qualquer pessoa corre risco de queda.

Um bom atendimento no restaurante, em especial a Maria da Tapioca, moça muito simpática e querida. Tivemos problemas com a comunicação com a recepção. Área de lazer bem espaçosa. Os quartos são muito bons e bem limpos. Exceto pelo problema da recepção. Nota 10.

My heart sank when I saw this place which looks like a motel from the 1950s. We had to wait two hours to get into our room and when we did found it was almost literally on the edge of the swimming pool with no privacy. When I complained we were moved to another room with a better view. However, when I turned on the tap in the bathroom there was no hot water and the cold water ran straight through a broken pipe and flooded the bathroom and entry way. An employee came and fixed it and said he would get a maid to come and clear up the mess. She never came and we eventually cleaned up ourselves. The tap continued to drip for another day before being fixed. Otherwise it is a relaxed family place with a swimming pool and facilities for kids but not a four-star hotel by any means. The breakfast was good but the lunches and dinners were bland. It has a bar/restaurant across the road on the beach but the constant music blaring out from a giant loudspeaker means it is not the place for a quiet snooze or read. I´m not sure foreigners would feel at ease here as it is directed squarely at a Brazilian clientele.
