Fui com meu tio idoso para espairecer pois tivemos uma perda na família. Ao voltar da praia notei q meu fone havia sumido de dentro do quarto, a gerente Juliana Feliz n estava no momento mas foi contactada e disse q n poderia fazer nada, pois n tinha ctz de q eu havia entrado com o objeto. Me chamou de mentirosa e ainda n deu a mínima p o acontecido. Como vc se hospeda em um lugar q toda vez q sair n sabe se seus objetos estarão lá no quarto qndo voltar? O hotel é bem localizado, mas deveria ter uma gerência com uma melhor administração. Consternada com o que ocorreu. N recomendo ou volto nunca mais.

Hotel já foi muito bom anos atrás. Mas se encontra com uma limpeza precária o banheiro encardido as paredes e o Box amareladas de sujeira. Fiquei decepcionada com a falta de limpeza do hotel. Gostava de ficar no hotel todas as vezes que fui a Porto Seguro.

Ficamos em 12 pessoas, 7 dias a experiência podia ter sido melhor Cobraram 4 reais para esquentar uma água Além disso, nem um talher para emprestar e conseguir comer algo O conforto foi bem razoável, cama dura e alguns quartos não tem tv smart

Pela segunda vez fico nesse hotel, na primeira vez tudo excelente. Nessa segunda uma decepção. Vazo entupido e cheio de fezes, banheiro sujo, lixeiras da cozinha com resto de lixo. Impressão que não foi limpo... Staff desentupiu o vazo, algo bem desagradável.

Estive aqui a 5 anos atrás ,voltei agora pq tive um ótima experiência Mas agora não posso falar o mesmo o café não é bom ,antes era bem farto e variado,hoje eles não dão um simples shampoo e somente sabonete,o quarto vc tem que pedir para fazer a limpeza,as toalhas e lençóis são trocados a cada 3 dias! Então imagina nossa decepção!!!

Hotel com café da manhã ruim! Sempre as mesmas coisas! Roupa de cama e toalhas velhas, única vantagem é a boa localização! Funcionários de mal com a vida, na noite de réveillon minha filha de dois anos ficou doente com febre , meu marido pediu ajuda na recepção para ver se sabiam alguma farmácia de plantão e os funcionários não deram a mínima atenção ( a uma criança doente!!!)

Atendimento horrível, limpeza deixa a desejar, até porque não é feita diariamente como está no papel que a PRÓPRIA recepção nos entregou, e nem a troca de toalhas. Tem que implorar pra termos o que precisamos, até pra trazer um mísero papel higiênico, por exemplo. Nunca sabem de nada, não tem utensílios na cozinha para lavar um copo e quando solicitamos a troca de copos disseram que achava que não poderia ser feito (????). Enfim, as instalações são antigas, tem muito o que ser melhorado e reformado pra dar um melhor conforto para os hóspedes. No entanto, péssima acomodação e com certeza não volto.
