The reception service is bad, there is a line outside the restaurant for breakfast, the balcony where there are two games was flooded and they closed it off, the bathroom has a bad smell, the food is not good, there is no enclosed children's area available, on rainy days, we have to stay inside the room, the air conditioning in the apartment above mine leaks onto my balcony, making it impossible to use the hammock...

O hotel deixa muito a desejar em limpeza e manutenção. O quarto em que ficamos não possuía janela, e a do banheiro dava para um corredor inacabado, onde havia uma caixa de esgoto aberta, tornando possível ouvir o barulho do escoamento das descargas. A piscina estava sem manutenção, e o bar da piscina oferecia um atendimento insatisfatório, além de não ter nenhum item do cardápio disponível nos dias da nossa estadia. O serviço de massagem se resumia a uma cadeira na recepção. Embora o hotel pareça ter tido seus dias de glória, atualmente o prédio está mal cuidado, o banheiro da área do café é insalubre, e a equipe demonstra despreparo no atendimento.

boa tarde fiz uma viagem a porto seguro pela cvc e nos indicaram esse hotel, e vou compartilhar com voces a minha experencia para que nao passem por esse transtorno que tive, quarto que nos foi reservado horrivel, sem cabides para roupas, sem cadeiras, nem mesmo uma mesa de apoio, formigas por todo o lado, precisei ir na recepcao pedir inseticida para passar nas formigas, um problema para quem tem crianca alergica, o pessoal da limpeza, que nao fazia a limpeza, nao lavava o banheiro e nem a pia, o espelho que ficava sbre a pia nao limpavam todo respingado dos hospedes anteriores, banheiro com mal cheiro, chuveiro mal saia agua, o hotel diz que nao se responsabiliza por objetos de valores deixados fora do cofre, isso e uma piada o cofre todo quebrado e nao fechava, o unico ponto positivo e a localizacao, mas nem porisso vou indicar esse hotel

Péssima experiência no Floral Inn! A higiene deixou muito a desejar, encontramos poeira e formigas no quarto. Além disso, a televisão estava quebrada, não pegava canais a cabo, o frigobar estava podre e a porta do banheiro não abria direito. Não pretendo voltar no hotel, não vale o preço, e impactou negativamente a nossa experiência em Porto Seguro.

Sensacional, desde nossa chegada o atendimento foi sensacional, não lembro o nome mas acredito ser Josias, muito atencioso na recepção, café da manhã bem farto, a equipe do café também muito simpáticos e prestativos. A localização é excelente. Café da manhã é satisfatório. Quartos amplos, camas boas. Pecou na limpeza e na internet. Wi-fi no quarto muito ruim. As camas sempre bem arrumadas, toalhas limpas, porém o chão do quarto e banheiro não limpavam.
