"The hotel was very confused, it had no information about the booking or payment we had already made and wanted to charge again. I had taken a printed copy of the booking as well as the confirmation. A strange situation. I will certainly not book any more for Trip.com to not pass through that

Not keen on the duvets having no cover but that seemed to be the same practice in other hotels I stayed in in the area.

"The hotel is close to the airport and stays for convenient transportation. The hotel environment is very good, the room does not have toiletries and slippers like domestic ones, so you have to bring your own. Breakfast is a typical Western breakfast, bread is a bit unaccustomed, but the fruit is good."

DDelbert JarayIt is well located close to POA airport and is right by a main road. The room was clean but not to an excellent level—acceptable. There is no swimming pool, as the hotel has converted it into a parking lot. Breakfast was nice—not fancy, but good. I didn't find other facilities like the gym. I would return if location and cost were the primary factors to be considered.

GGuest UserNormalmente fico hospedados neste hotel pela facilidade de acesso e por estar próximo da Estação Rodoviária. Mas tenho observado a sistemática queda de qualidade do Café da Manhã, e das instalações em geral (Camas e chuveiros). Em virtude dessa queda de qualidade, Inclusive já estou pensando em ver outras opções de estadia nas imediações para as próximas estadias em porto Alegre. Era um hotel com um ótimo custo beneficio, mas agora esta ficando difícil ficar lá pelos motivos acima descritos.

JJessycaGood service, good location. The rooms are also good with lots of mirrors, the breakfast is ok. The only caveat would be in relation to the bathroom stall, very close by, the water heats up but you need to wait a few minutes, there is hot water in the tap too.

GGuest UserI stayed in apartment 301. We arrived midnight after a long 9-hour trip from PR. We have been in this hotel several times, and until then we had only praises to do ... but this night from 08 to day 09/07/2022 was a real nightmare ... when we were lying in bed around 00:00: 30 I realized that you connected a noisy engine with a bulb bulb hitting ... that stayed for 2 or 3 minutes .... impossible to sleep with it ... I turned off the air conditioning think it could be our air ... I slept again ... 15 or 20 minutes after more 2 or 3 infernale minutes ... 15 or 20 minutes of silence and ... 2 or 3 minutes of very noise again ...e so happened hours on wire ... if you had been stepped up the car in a fuel station and sleeping ... would have been better.

AAgneA good service and location, however, failed to choose the room, because we made a trip to the public competition, we needed to sleep well. The room offered was just below the party room, when a hell noise started from 21:00 to 03:00.
At the beginning, I thought I would stop, then microphone and boate, and I think it was a good sense, these apartments in the last floor should not be made available on a party night.
