Thanks Servotel for your service during my last stay. Overall, recommend hotel based on location and front line staff support. The rooms here are a bit aged and might need a little refreshing (wish beds were a bit more firm). The location is great - directly across from airport - with good security and nicely groomed property. The restaurant and bar staff aim to please and service is good. However food delivery times can be a bit long (typically 45 - 60 minutes). Gym, pool area and common areas are available and ok.

This is an international famous brand hotel, very good! If the price includes breakfast, breakfast should be paid separately, and it is very expensive for $24.

The room was ok but not as comfortable. I had to change room because the air conditioning was not working. the provided another room but I had the same problem. I went back to the same hotel based on my previous reservation, my stay was much better.

The room is clean and tidy, the boss is good, helpful, the hotel environment is good, quiet, the hotel is in a good location, the front and back are gardens, there are two swimming pools, a good experience

The hotel is great, the location is very good, the service is very good, the night to Haiti, there is no light around but the hotel lighting is very good, giving people a sense of security, in short, a very good experience
