Thanks Servotel for your service during my last stay. Overall, recommend hotel based on location and front line staff support. The rooms here are a bit aged and might need a little refreshing (wish beds were a bit more firm). The location is great - directly across from airport - with good security and nicely groomed property. The restaurant and bar staff aim to please and service is good. However food delivery times can be a bit long (typically 45 - 60 minutes). Gym, pool area and common areas are available and ok.

I am unsure if it’s the computer system but checking into the hotel took a long time. The AC did not work well in my room. The food in the restaurant is amazing and the staff is helpful. Very close to the airport. Overall, experience was good.

There are no entertainment such as TV, Pool access. The rooms are terrible. A motel
Is more presentable. The smell of
Mold is everywhere. No managers on property to even complain. The service men and women are great but they can’t do anything. For an hotel that is closer to the airport, it’s very disappointing. Hopefully they hire a property manager, hostess manager, Human Resources personnel and change their menu.

Stayed on the third floor for a few days,
my one thing was the small cockroaches running around in the bathroom and the carpet looked worn and like somewhere with high traffic. Need to work on those

The hotels room had roaches on the floors and the bed headboard. The sheets is not clean enough and the mattress is very uncomfortable. I will not refer anyone to this hotel. Please he floors have cracks while you walking, you can feel it under your feet. They don’t never have towels when you ask, they only give you one towels.
