After trying to find somewhere to book in for a pamper for myself and my son's girlfriend, Meg from Hara House Spa quickly responded to my enquiry via email regarding my enquiry. On arrival Meg greeted us where a warm and welcoming smile before guiding us to our afternoon of pampering we were treated to a 90 min aromatherapy massage especially when Bright was being treated to torrential rain. Feeling relaxed and indulged we were ready to enjoy the rest of our weekend in Bright. Highly recommend :)

From the moment we first made contact with Hara House we were super impressed. We are a group of Classic Car enthusiasts and booked out the entire property. Meg and her Staff were amazing throughout the entire process. The whole package (accommodation, food and beverage) was second to none. A wonderful place to stay and wonderful people to deal with - we'll be back !!!!!!

The beds were comfortable, the shower was excellent, the restaurant was outstanding. I wish we’d stayed longer to experience all that was on offer, especially more of the menu options. The staff were attentive and professional. We loved it and highly recommend.

Everything was amazing! The bed, towels, room decor, landscaping, restaurant food, service and the welcome call ahead of arriving. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Wish I would have stayed more than 1 night, a great base for exploring Bright and surrounds.

We stayed at Hara House for our annual work retreat over three nights. The hotel, rooms and amenities were flawless. The staff were amazing and extremely accomodating. The food at pepperberry was the absolute best food we had all week, absolutely sensational. The proximity to the beautiful walking track along Ovens River and gorgeous swimming hole was a bonus. I will personally be back.

Hara House over-delivers on every level. Everything is beautifully done, from the very comfortable and functional rooms to the pool area and restaurant. There are thoughtful touches everywhere that make staying here very enjoyable and relaxing. Fantastic communication from the manager and exceptional food and coffee top off a perfect stay. Highly recommend.

A return visit this time with friends. Same high level of welcome, cleanliness and comfort. Excellent meal and friendly service in Pepperberry restaurant. Interesting tapas menu. Country house atmosphere in renovated motel very well executed.

A beautifully decorated room with everything you needed. Loved the design and personal touches with opportunity to purchase the accessories to the room. A very Palm Springs of the 1970s style. The pool area was so great. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again

This accommodation is nice, rain head shower only and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed using the sauna but didn't play tennis or use the pool. The free pink bikes are appreciated but a bit wobbly. The heating unit is not really sufficient for the room so the electric blanket got a workout. We chose to eat elsewhere but saw others enjoying breakfast and dinner onsite. On a practical note would suggest a tea towel to be added to the rooms. The staff were all helpful and we would stay here again midweek at the lower rate but found the weekend rate a bit high. Bright is a lovely town with beautiful walks that you can't help but enjoy.
