THEY ROBBED THE HOTEL! And it was the staff themselves, they stole all my cash and the intact wallet that I left hidden among my clothes, they also stole two creams valued at €140, when we went down to make the complaint form, apart from the fact that they were not surprised that there were robberies, they offered us that they would refund us 2 nights for the inconvenience so that we would not make a complaint form. LIE! I stayed with my mother, she left and I stayed a few more days in Mallorca in another hotel of course, that refund never arrived, in addition to it being less amount than what was stolen, before leaving Palma de Mallorca I went back to the hotel to make the complaint and they put me on the phone to the owner of the hotel where he threatened that if I made the complaint they would not refund me the two nights, I did not expect this because almost a week went by and they were delaying the refund, the manager of the hotel and all the staff who work there are unacceptable. A disgraceful hotel, awful. They ruined my vacation by having to file a complaint and process everything and the unpleasantness that this entails, people touching your belongings and taking advantage of them like this. Horrible experience, not to mention that the TV didn't work, the bathroom was small and they didn't respect the do not disturb signs.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Wir sind angekommen und hatten im Badezimmer ein kaputtes Fenster. Als wir dies gemeldet haben, wurde uns gesagt, wir müssten Geld bezahlen oder das Hotel sofort und auf der Stelle verlassen. Auch nach mehrmaligen Erklärungsversuchen, dass dieses Fenster bereits vor unserer Ankunft kaputt war, mussten wir gegen unseren Willen Geld für etwas bezahlen, mit dem wir nichts zu tun hatten. Wir hatten außerdem ein Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, aber als wir an den ersten drei Tagen nach dem Frühstück gefragt hatten, wurde uns gesagt, dass das nicht dabei ist und wir 10 Euro extra zahlen müssten. Erst am letzten Abend wurde uns dann gesagt, dass es ein Fehler war und wir die ganze Zeit hätten frühstücken dürfen. Danke dafür. Das und viele weitere Zwischenfälle waren gar nicht mal so schlimm für uns – wir hatten auch gar keine hohen Ansprüche an das Hotel (aufgrund der vielen negativen Bewertungen). Das Schlimmste war das unkooperative Personal und die fehlende Bereitschaft für ein offenes Gespräch und eine normale Konversation mit den Verantwortlichen. Wir kamen uns vor wie in einem schlechten Film. Echt schade, weil man hätte viele Unannehmlichkeiten vermeiden können. Andere Hotelgäste, mit denen wir gesprochen haben, haben von ähnlichen Situationen erzählt. Insgesamt eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung, die ich niemandem empfehlen kann.
