The hotel has a good location the staff in the dining room were very friendly and the food was excellent. The hall bath was top as well as the sauna The steam bath should be renewed as the tiles are already falling.

Check-in is very slow, it takes more than 10 minutes, there is a long queue, the efficiency needs to be improved. The price-performance ratio is very high. The location is also very good. The breakfast is very rich. It is really good. I recommend it to all friends.

The location is right in the middle of Palma beach. The hotel is almost connected to the beach. Since it is the off-season, most of the shops on the beach side are closed. The sea water is too cold, so winter is not the season to go into the water. However, the hotel's swimming pool is heated, and there are also guests swimming in the pool. The rooms all face the sea. The rooms are very large and have bathtubs. Each room also has a terrace, which is also super large. It's just that the decoration is simple, bottled water is not supplied, and the shampoo/hair conditioner/shower gel and hair dryer are all hung on the wall, which is unprecedented in a 5-star hotel. Fortunately, I brought toilettes, but I gave up on the wall-mounted hair dryer. It was completely useless and I slept with my hair wet. The staff are very welcoming. When I arrived, they almost rushed out to push my luggage for me. I was a little scared. There would also be a welcome drink and a goodbye drink when I arrived and when I left. Acceptable off season value. There were so many people at breakfast, and the buffet breakfast was totally unappetizing, except for smoothie.

Excellent. Several bus stops available, many restaurants and bars, the possibility to extend the sea coast is just in front. Breakfast included in the formula. The skybar is beautiful and restful, as is for the lobby of host/spain relaxation. The room was very clean, the room was reserved with a balcony and views on the sea. Small bemol sometimes hears his room neighbors but nothing bad for me. I recommend this hotel.

It was conveniently close to a beautiful beach. However, the hotel was a bit far from the city center, which may be a drawback for some guests. In terms of service, the hotel staff was excellent, receiving a score of 5. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a satisfying stay. Cleanliness was another positive aspect of the hotel, deserving a score of 5. The rooms and common areas were well-maintained and tidy. However, there were a few drawbacks in terms of amenities. The rooms were quite small, and the soundproofing was not great, resulting in noise from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Additionally, the balcony was located too close to the neighboring room, which compromised privacy. Overall, the hotel had a good location near the beach (4/5) and provided excellent service (5/5). The cleanliness was also top-notch (5/5). However, the small room size, poor soundproofing, and proximity of the balcony to the next door were areas for improvement (4/5).

Top Hotel, great roof terrace with pool, bar and spectacular views. Personal is super nice. All in all very recommendable.

Great hotel, facilities are very good, not enough to play in the hotel. Ten minutes from the beach, there is a big supermarket at the door. There are some small shortcomings, we sleep upstairs in the restaurant, breakfast in the morning is a bit noisy. In addition, I stayed for two days and gave a bottle of water. I wanted to ask for one more bottle. For breakfast, the Chinese are not used to eating, it is recommended not to use this money. I should stay here next time.
