Absolutely lovely hotel breakfasts great fresh and hot Reception staff helpful and happy Clean rooms air conditioning Beach a walk across a road Pool area always sun beds bar staff lovely Shops and places to eat close by Only one complaint Jet 2 we did not hear one other English person for 3 or 4 days And when in taxi first night the driver asked where we were from and saying England he asked why was we in German area ,all Germans he kept saying ♀️ But everyone very friendly smiled and acknowledged us But jet 2 you should make people aware in your advertising of this hotel totally German area We been holidaying with jet 2 for a few years 2 holidays a year and never had no complaints

Some of the best staff of any hotel I’ve stayed in 35 years (and I worked for an airline). Reception could not have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. Pilar, the guest services manager, was absolutely charming. Quiet hotel in October. Good sound proofing on balcony doors (needed). Attentive staff at very good breakfast. Great pool area with loads of space overlooking the promenade and sandy beach with shallow clear water. However. Our experience of the immediate area around the hotel would, I believe, be completely different in the summer. It is a magnet for German drinkers with the “biggest beer garden in Europe” opposite the hotel. “Mega Park” Located indoors but as big as an aircraft hangar. I learnt the German expression “Ballerman” while there. Google it before you go to this area. The local government have promised to clamp down on “drinking tourism” so it would be interesting to see what it is like in July. Having said all that my 89 year old dad and I experienced no problems during the day and I saw no real misbehaviour in the evening on my own. The hotel is great but don’t go to this area in the summer if you are not a fan of Germans singing German drinking songs. Perfect for winter sun.

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotlessly clean, as is the rest of the hotel. Breakfast buffet is amazing - something for every taste and always fresh. Loads of staff clearing plates and available to help. Ideally located along the Playa de Palma. Even though it's close to Mega Park, we were never disturbed any of the 7 nights we stayed and we had a room overlooking the promenade/beach.

This was a great holiday full of fun and lovely memories. We appreciate the hospitality, trip/adventures experience the hotel provided, great service and safe travels. We had a great day taking some spa sessions with Denis. I can recommend this hotel for family trips as well as couple holidays. Will definitely come back. This is not a complaint about a bunch of mishaps or anything like that. This is a hotel review. On one out of ten I told my wife I’d give it a 2. 1 star for being on the beach and 1 star because it actually exists. Outside of that there are many complaints. The air conditioner barely works. The room is smaller than suggested. The view is awful unless you are outside on the balcony looking to your left over the other balconies. Of you go on the balcony you can see the ocean. If you have a child that needs a sleeping space and the sofa is open to a bed there is no additional sitting space other than outside the room. The dresser does not have drawers. It is just to hold the coffee supplies. There is nothing included in bathroom like most hotels in terms of little lotion or mouthwash etc. there is shampoo in the shower, but it’s like a locker room where it’s a bottle with a push down to dispense. The breakfast included is not good. The coffee is watery with little coffee flavor. I suggest using the coffee machine. Eggs are lousy at best. The pastries are quite good, so stick with them. Staff was polite, so that was good.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una settimana e siamo stati bene sin dal primo momento! La struttura é fronte mare e dalla camera con vista mare laterale si gode di una bellissima vista. Il balcone é attrezzato con tavolinetto e sedie a dondolo, molto comodo e arieggiato. Le camere sono pulite e ben insonorizzate. L'area piscina é molto carina e il servizio bar é eccezionale. Abbiamo trovato ottima la colazione, varia e di qualità. Il personale della reception é molto professionale e gentile, disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza e molto premuroso nei confronti di tutti gli ospiti. In particolare Germán per noi é stato prezioso, é stato molto carino nei nostri confronti, ha dato ottimi consigli e si é preoccupato affinché il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto. Direi che il personale tutto é sicuramente uno dei punti di forza. Dalla struttura si raggiunge facilmente Palma e l'aeroporto con il traporto pubblico. Bella esperienza!

Perfekt Lage, ruhige Zimmer, super modern. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr ruhig und modern. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Megapark, man sieht den Megapark vom Pool aus. Trotz der guten Lage ist es sehr ruhig im Zimmer und man hört nichts. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und neu. Tolles kleines Frühstück. Etwas kalt weil die A/C an ist. Ne Jacke ist zu empfehlen. Viele junge Leute die zum Party machen da sind. Der Pool ist okey, Das Meer liegt direkt 10m vor der Haustüre. Über den Vordereingang kommt man rein. Auf gar keinen Fall Fahrräder im Hotel mieten wor hatten riesen Drama deswegen. Da wird man zu einer komisch Vermietung gebracht die extrem unhöflich war. Die Fahrräder sind da viel viel zu teuer und man kann sie erst am Abend 19 Uhr zurück geben. Daher auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen. Sonst ist das Hotel wirklich modern und perfekt für Partyurlaub.

Bel accueil PETIT déjeuner payant 15 euros. Beau buffet.Longue attente à la machine.e à café, on se fait un peu bousculer. Musique à la piscine très désagréable et son beaucoup trop fort. Au restaurant sont proposés des plats asiatiques,des burgers ??? Pas même une glace !!!! Ne convient pas du tout aux personnes à mobilité réduite, escalier très dangereux. Chambre rénovée .Côté accueil et bien être rien à voir avec Le Neptuno d'avant .Celui ci est fait pour les jeunes qui apprécient la techno. Je reviendrais pas.
