Service and facilities were good, especially for the price we paid for the b&b.
Was clean and others there was friendly.
Helped us with storing our bags until later in the day which gave us a longer day of exploring Pisa.

The breakfast wasn‘t very various, and the room smelled wet and dirty. The manager was mostly nice.

Terrible place, hygiene very poor, room stuffy and smelly as mentioned on Google comments already, maybe bugs, management rude. Place is far from everything with poor transportation if you don’t have a car.

The host was brilliant, welcoming and helpful. We wasn’t expecting to be sharing a bathroom with other guests but it was ok. The area is quite expensive to get to/from via taxi so your best bet is to buy bus tickets from the train station/tobacco shops. There was a selection of grab and go breakfast snacks for us if we needed them. Air con was abit temperamental but worked in the end. All in all not a bad stay for the price and a good budget option if you’re staying in Pisa for a couple days like we did

Very poor condition for the money paid! Not clean...cleaninh was mads only to the surface...then mosquito net was old and broken so we had fight with mosquitos every night...

Upon arrival couldn't easily find property because all property signs was turned off so I had to pass next to property three times befor discovering the place.

I absolutely did not like the palce base don what I paid. The room had so bad smell. It was so old room. The reception was not friendly and ....

The room changed from 2 to 3. It smelled all about smoke. Not nice to sleep in. Check-in was also not that nice. I have to ask other people how and where I can get my keys. There was no one in person at the written time.
