Excellent staff, Francesco and his colleague were excellent, was always offering more with solutions and advice. So convenient for station and town. Many restaurants and snack bars around the corner. Rooms had all that was required, without being fancy. Cleaned daily and beds made. Disliked · The toilet flush in room no 219, had a flushing problem. The cistern had to be pumped by hand many times before it could be flushed. Hope it is fixed before its occupied again. We were informed that it's an old cistern. Breakfast was not included in the price we paid

The hotel is very well located, in the historical centre, in a road prohibited, only a few hills pass!
A 5/10 min from the Tower, a 15/20 min from the station.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
A friendly and serviced staff.
Bagage available.
Breakfast is included but to be taken outside the hotel (2/3 min).

I can't fault this hotel. We hadn't booked to stay here as we were due to travel to Florence from Pisa airport. However when we landed we had received an email from our gotwk telling g us to stay in Pisa and travel in the morning!! It was 11pm at night and we had nowhere to go. We finally stumbled upon this hotel after midnight. Despite the late hour they were very accommodating and found us a room! The man we dealt with was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed plus water. The room was emaculate and the bed was huge and very comfy! The room was also a really good size. We had breakfast in the morning before leaving which was nice and fresh. The hotel was very clean and all staff we encountered were really friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The location of the hotel is a bit off; the breakfast is very good, the restaurant is very beautiful, and the prices of orders at other times are more expensive; the rooms are quite spacious, safe, refrigerator, TV, etc. are all available, all of which are embedded in design, which has a sense of science and technology; The open-air garden on the second floor is very beautiful, suitable for evening chats and gatherings; in terms of services, two beds are set up in the room as required, and free taxi-hailing services are provided. The consumption receipt is shown at the checkout, but a tourist tax of 4 euros is added every night (Not mentioned when booking by Ctrip); In terms of hygiene, the rooms can be cleaned up in time, but the corridors, rooms and towels all have a sour smell.

We spent a night in February 2023. I chose this hotel because it was the only one that I could find that had a big room for 3 adults and 2 children available in Pisa at the time. On the plus side it is conveniently located near the tower of Pisa and the train station of Pisa San Rossore, and adequately priced. Our room was clean, spacious and had a sink and an electric cooktop with 2 hotplates. On the minus side, the room decor was a bit dated and located near a very busy intersection. The very helpful receptionist brought us a big travel crib for our child. We would probably stay there again if we were in Pisa because of the convenience.

Overall it is good, the room is spacious and not crowded at all, and the bathroom is quite large. The heating in the room is adequate, so you have to lower the temperature when you come in. Breakfast is charged separately, not particularly rich, there are many types of bread but no leafy greens, and coffee is exquisite. There is a free pizza map in the shop, there is a free parking lot, open air but very safe. Drive to the Leaning Tower of Pisa in less than ten minutes.

The hotel is a very nice hotel and is very nice and comfortable.
The hotel is a spacious and comfortable room with a comfortable and comfortable bathroom !
Breakfast varied with quality products (except industrial orange juice ...) in a superb room !
L'accueil du personnel est top : font l'effort de parler français, donne des conseils et nous ont même servi un café une nuit (femme de sortir sous la pluie)
We recommend and we will return to it !

This is a little gem of a BnB! Walking distance from the airport, but don’t think it will be noisy as it was lovely quite at night. Room was a good size, clean, comfortable bed, had a fridge & balcony. Bathroom was across the corridor but was not shared. Shower was a good size plenty of hot water. Easy walking distance to the station & into Pisa centre. Good information from the owners, had the best pizza. Breakfast was very Italian, tasty, not lots of choice but enough. Fresh coffee & twining teabags! Would recommend

This is a great place with a very welcoming and informative host. I arrived quite late and was given really detailed instructions about getting in. It’s perfectly located between the airport and the train station (about 10-15 minutes to each). It takes about 35-40 minutes to get to the tower. Shared facilities, but this is no problem as there are 3 bathrooms. So lovely to have a coffee machine in the room. And there is air-con!

GGuest UserWe stayed for 4 nights in Pisa at the Hotel La Pace. Pisa is a very interesting city, clean with some great eating places. Also very good for anyone with a gluten intolerance. We stayed at the Hotel La Pace which deserves 5 stars. Clean, friendly staff and great breakfast. we did experience a couple of 'drop outs' with the Wifi but that is the only negative thing about this hotel.

GGuest UserA 5 minute walk from Pisa, very helpful and friendly staff 24 hours. There isnt a lift, however staff insisted in carrying our bags up the stairs, very helpful!
We were late to breakfast, and they still accommodated for us (a couple). They set up a Private breakfast for us to in the bar dining on the ground floor, asked what we wanted to eat and drink, and kept coming back to see if it was enough. It included pancakes, eggs, toast, pastries, cappuchino with pretty coffee art, teas, spreads, homemade cake, juice. They brought us more when they came pass.
Highly recommend this stay :) well worth the money!

GGuest UserThe service is excellent and the staff are super friendly and patient. They help us to print boarding pass and call taxi to the airport. However, the room is small, which doesn’t fit the standard of a 4-star hotel. It takes a 20mins walk to pisa tower which is okay.

WWilliamgray81I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews. I was hesitant to book because of that, but I'm glad I chose this place. It's literally right next to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and a lot of great restaurants. It's worth a nights stay considering the price is much less than many other places in Pisa and it's hard to beat the location. There is parking relatively near by for a fee. The place may be dated, but it's a bed with nice air condition and you can do all you need just a few steps from the door. I highly recommend it and would return in the future. There's an elevator as well, which in Europe seems to be a luxury.

The first moment we saw the hotel, that it looked quit new. Also it, is we figured out. We missed a lot a warm feeling and warm atmosphere. The staff was friendly but beside everything felt really cold and quiet. No music, no nice little talks etc. The room was fine, except the pillows, duvet and mattress. Pillows were really hard, mattress was really hard and the duvet was just a blanket and a thin plaid. For in October that’s pretty cold during the night, but for summer is will be enough is guess. I guess the hotel is fine just for one night, if you just need one night. Or maybe a good place for business people. They had loads of space for meetings etc. If you are looking for a warm place when you are traveling with family or as couples, I’m not recommend this place. I wont come back by myself to this place, cos i prefer a warm and lovely place. The breakfast was fine and enough choice.

GGuest UserMe and my boyfriend stayed here for 5 days and we loved every minute ! It was amazing ! People were lovely and anything we needed help with such as public transport or ordering a taxi they were happy to help. We booked breakfast included which was definitely worth it as the breakfast had a variety of options and it was delicious. The location of the hotel wasn’t in the central of Pisa but still a great place to have it and a bus stop is right outside the hotel so once we had figured out the bus system it was super useful. Overall a great hotel and great customer service.

GGuest UserPerfect location - 25 minutes walk from the train station - walk out the front of the hotel turn right & you see the Tower in seconds. Rooms clean / tidy & traditional but perfectly adequate for a 2 night stay in Pisa. Breakfast was buffet style & had everything from cereals, croissants, yogurts to bacon & eggs - all good. The rooftop bar is the star though - it has a perfect view of the tower. Costs are reasonable as well being the same as what you would pay at street level.
