I rated my stay Pisa 5/5 stars because of the exceptional service, immaculate cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, convenient location and the friendly and helpful staff who made my experience memorable. The costumer service was the best.

Horrible sewer smell. I left a previous review, which the owner said was fake. The owner also said the unit had been treated with ozone. Yeah maybe, to attempt to get rid of the horrible sewer smell. My wife was so disgusted she couldn't swallow water.

CAUTION: We rented the basement unit May 22nd 2024. When we arrived there was a strong smell that air freshener/deodorizer spray had been heavy applied. We left to see the leaning tower and upon our return the smell had shifted to a horrible sewer smell. I sent the owner a message with no reply. The smell was so bad my wife couldn't even swallow water. I posted this fact to trip advisor prior, and the owner replied it was fake. He also claimed we left the unit in indecent condition, which is a total lie. This case, the owner doesn't take responsibility but merely makes false claims. The unit is rated a 2 star but the pictures make it look so much better. I think the owner must be submitting positive reviews.

Very comfortable accommodation, in a quiet area yet close to the most important attractions. Rooms cleaned daily, towels and hygiene products replaced, as well as refreshments in the form of a bottle of wine and crackers.

Booked 3 rooms for our stay in Pisa - could not fault it. Spotless accommodation,warm and comfortable, everything worked. Loved the kitchen facility,so,so convenient. Would not hesitate to recommend to my friends and family - Francesco has really thought it out, a very nice and informative person.

Together with the family, we can recommend this place to stay in Pisa, the location is very good, the rooms are very clean and the contact with the owner is great, so, if you are looking for a place to stay, we recommend Affittacamere Delfo with a clear conscience.

Nice option for comfortable staying in Pisa. Quick & easy contact wirh the owner who is very helpful and provide many hints regarding visit the city. Quite near to the tower and around 30 minutes by feet to the main train station.
