Perfect place to stay, very clean. 10 minutes from the tower of pisa by foot. In a good neighboor , around coffee shops and bars with locals. Close to the famous road , borgo stretto. Nice veranda. Everything was perfect.

Very clean room, comfy bed and as the Jasmine room was at the back of the flat it was very quiet. All amenities were available. Common area very well thought out and decorated with style. Great central location.

Nice big room and good bathroom, shower facilities. Gel and Shampoo provided. Very comfortable bed. Excellent Centre location for all sights and exploring, but beware two noisy bars directly underneath so if you want peace and quiet, dont book here. No breakfast provided although coffee was available in the communal kitchen. Owners very good comms via Whatsapp. Not sure wjat this would be like in the height of summer. It was pretty cool at night amd early mornings when we were there. Nice balcony too.

Great city centre location handy to explore everything on foot. Room was clean, tidy, spacious and secure. Can be a little noisy outside the room into the late evening. The addition of a balcony and seating outside makes for an added bonus to the room

Positives: 1. Great location in the city center. 2. Convenience in managing check-in and check-out. 3. Very spacious, comfortable and clean room. 4. Bathroom in the room (there is only one - I think it is the one called Dafne - with a private bathroom but outside the room). 5. Very well equipped shared kitchen, with coffee and tea / biscuits and jam for breakfast (although they could put a little more, given the price per night). Negative sides: 1. Poorly soundproofed rooms, you can hear as soon as someone opens a door inside the apartment as well as everything that happens in the small square under the building. 2. Full of mosquitoes, despite the period (even if they had made mosquito traps available, which however didn't work). 3. There is no free/agreed parking nearby and it was not clear whether we could access the restricted traffic zone or not.

very well located, clean and quiet in the historic center of the city with all the monuments and amenities within reach. The common terrace allows you to enjoy a pleasant green space; but it is possible to have a private terrace

We book attracted by the beautiful photos ... pity that upon our arrival we realized the skill of the photographer ... but by the "cunning" of the owners ... dirty place almost abandoned ... full of mosquitoes and smelly! No support in the rooms for suitcases, tall windows that did not open and behind a curtain that hid an old and obsolete window a cemetery of mosquitoes
