The hotel is really nice and well located. If you take the tourist bus from Zuoying it stops right outside the hotel. However they do have their own free shuttle bus from the station, which we only realised when we left haha. Unfortunately the typhoon had hit when we came to Kenting so I can’t say anything about the beach or outdoor facilities. Breakfast was really good. Huge spread. They had a salad section, a bakery section, fruit section, hot food section, cereal, and even make your own noodles too. So good! In the basement they even have mahjong rooms, pool tables, table tennis, some video games and a soft play area for children. There are two restaurants: a Thai hot pot restaurant and the bar restaurant which has the typical bar foods in it, fried food, pasta fried rice etc. but the prices are a little high so I’d recommend just walking into the town to eat at the restaurants there! Staff were very lovely and very helpful.

If you rate it based on ”suitable for bringing children”, the hotel is quite good. After all, children can have fun playing with water. If you want to dig sand, you can also dig sand at the beach where you can play volleyball. After all, the hotel is over 25 years old, so the rooms may be somewhat damp, which is acceptable. What can be improved is -The hair dryer should be replaced, the switch will be stuck~ -TV remote control power supply is difficult to press to turn on the TV But overall I still think it is a great hotel All you can eat breakfast and you can watch the sea The waiters are very friendly~ The children are really happy playing in the water. Beautiful location at the beach. The facilities are really good with different types of pools and a fitness center just next to the main pool. Possible to play volleyball both in the water in one of the pools and on the beach. Also possible to play “water-basketball” in one of the pools. Many activities every day such as bodyboarding (100 TWD) SUP (free) and Archery (free). Location is awesome with a huge private beach. Big playrooms for kids. Breakfast buffet was also really good. If you book the family room we would suggest 1102. Corner room next to the pool with big porch. If you book the double room, the one with porch is a good option for afternoon hang outs. Only negative I can say about the hotel is that they didn’t have WiFi in the fitness center. (But in almost all other places)

Our stay at Amanda Hotel is Awesome! We enjoy swimming in the pool area,our room is comfy,the food is delicious ,they have these moroccan style outfit for rent that gives highlight to the hotel and it was very entertaining though, i think they just need to add some clothes or a bit repair is needed but overall i would say it worth the penny.and thanks to the very accomodating staff! They did great🙌💚

Because the weather is really cold So I gave up going to Kenting to buy something to eat. Instead, ask the counter if dinner is served? There are two options Buffet or set meal I chose the set meal because my wife is a vegetarian So after asking about Chinese dinner, are there any vegetarian options? The service staff at the counter and restaurant are friendly. Worth recommending

The place is very central and you can experience and access the night market easier. A very plus point and it is not facing, it is 1 street behind and you also can access the beach. However, there is no swimming as there is a warning of strong under current. The rooms are clean but there is no room tidying, you have to call the front desk for a hot water flask and tea sachets. They don't provide any coffee. There is a central water dispenser. The room configuration is proper with the toilet and its accessibility is nicely constructed. The only thing that did not go so well is the air-conditioning. It can only go to 21*C. Anything lower would require it to stress itself and you with the noise of overdrive. For food, it is not an issue if you are not fussy. If you are more western, there is a McDonald's and an Italian (lunch onwards). Else you can take a bus down to 恒春. There are a lot of buses that plough this route and you can get the timing from the application via scanning the QR code. As this is a small town, most of the transactions are in cash. You can either bring it with you or take it from the ATM at the 7-Eleven in the town.

The location is in Hengchun Town, not in Kenting. If you are going to Kenting, I recommend staying in Hengchun. It is rare to have a 4-person room with a big bed. It is clean and comfortable overall. The front desk is very enthusiastic. The breakfast has a lot of varieties. The coffee is standard and delicious. There are both Western and Chinese styles. The porridge must be praised and there are many side dishes. There is also braised pork rice for breakfast. The food is replenished quickly! I will stay here next time. This is the first time to see the subsequent cumulative times~! Conclusion: Good recommendation!

Disadvantages on the first day of check-in! If the quilt cover is stained with something like granulation or tartar, please ask the housekeeper to change it immediately! She was also dumbfounded and said she was sorry! There are hairs on the floor and the cleaning is poor! Coming! The ceiling fan is very loud. I wonder if it was originally like this or is it old!
