The location is near Maobitou. There is a bus stop between Kenting and Hengchun within a six-minute walk. The bus stops every hour. The surrounding area of the hotel is very open and quiet. It is recommended for those who like a quiet environment. It is also convenient to walk to Baishawan in ten minutes.

I like it very much. It’s only $2700 during the holiday. The hostess is very kind. The room is surprisingly good, very exquisite and high-quality. There is also a handmade breakfast by the hostess. The location is also very good. Across the road, you will find Nanwan on the opposite side. There are also many hotels nearby. I just found a temporary accommodation the day before. The ratings on Trip were indeed true. I will come back next time.

Wir waren das erste Mal vor circa 7 Jahren hier! Das Hotel ist immer noch genauso wunderschön wie früher. Wir lieben die Schlichtheit und das sehr geschmackvolle Ambiente. Es ist einfach ein einzigartiges Hotel mit Blick aufs Meer, morgens wird man von Sonnenstrahlen geweckt und abends kann man im persönlichen Spa relaxen. Alles ist sehr sauber und es fehlt nichts! Das Personal ist ausgesprochen höflich und gastfreundlich! Das Frühstück kann sogar aufs Zimmer gebracht werden. Es ist wirklich jede Sekunde ein Genuss! Wir kommen wieder!

The location is very good, in short, the service is intimate, the room is clean, the breakfast is good, the bus stop is close, the environment is very good, the hotel is in a quiet alley, very close to the archway station, the room is also very large, clean and tidy, the boss is very handsome, and very active to introduce us to Kenting's play method and one Some delicious shops, the recommended shops are super heartless, and the hotel has a great breakfast, but the last day was not good, it was impossible to snorkel.

Very close to the beach is across the road, there is 7_11 nearby, the owner is a grandfather, we booked 2 nights accommodation and gave 2 days breakfast, it tastes good! There is a small terrace on the first floor where we live. In the evening, we can go outside to sit and eat, drink beer, blow the sea breeze, and cool clothes! Later we booked a bed and breakfast in Kenting Avenue. Grandpa Ha also sent us there in person, thank you very much!

The location is very good, just in the boat sail stone,
Comfortable environment, own parking lot,
It is very close to Goose Nose Park, Jinan Point and Kenting Street.
The room is large, the bathtub is clean, and it is very comfortable to sit on the balcony and watch the sea!
Buffet breakfast, simple dishes, plenty and convenient. I think great value.

CCheesesuperringThis is an extremely gorgeous hotel. The view from the oceanfront rooms were simply fantastic. We woke up to the blue sky and turquoise water morning. Breakfast was a fixed set for everyone and staff were polite and helpful. I will definitely stay here again if I were to visit in the future. The only downside is that the toilet in my room smells like sewage.

DDanieltrI loved my stay at Slack BnB. It is easy to find in the village.The facilities are very clean, everything is well-planned and guests have a lot of opportunities to rest. Very cosy Dorms with built-in Beds, which have a good quality. The guests are very respectful and quiet. There is a kitchen to provide food, slacklines in the garden, lots of space to hang out and a Beamer where you can watch YouTube etc.
The staff is very motivated to keep everything clean, this can be seen in various facets.
The staff and the owner are so helpful which I appreciated much. I can definitely recommend this hostel to everybody when visiting the island.

First night, we stayed at the ”Rose City 2 Bedroom Suite” which was exactly like its description - 2 bedroom and one bathroom with two doors which was great. We really enjoyed the first night. The location is great - very close to the night market and all our outdoor activities.
Second night, we reserved the ”Ancient Jade Villa” with a private swimming pool. We have traveled enough to know that sometimes pictures posted are outdated so we called the hotel in advance to make sure that it met our needs BEFORE booking. We needed two bedrooms and wanted to book the villa with the private giant swimming pool as it was portrayed on trip.com. We were told that it has two bedrooms - which unfortunately was not true. The swimming pool was not like the one posted on trip.com (they have updated the pictures now) When we told the staff that this was not the room we booked, they said that it was ”renovated” and that the pool was exactly like the picture. The picture of the pool was an almost full size pool that was rectangle and the room we received was a triangular jacuzzi sized pool in the corner (?????)
*** I think the most unfortunate part of this incident was that the staffs were treating us as if we are stupid and kept insisting that the room we received was exactly the room on the picture.. (The two pool pictures are below)
Thankfully, I'm guessing it is the manager but he handled the situation quite professionally and was able to accomodate us into two separate hotel rooms quite quickly. A frustrating situation was resolved very quickly with care and we really appreciated it.
One other thing I'd like to mention is the breakfast restaurant staff's behaviours.
- Some of the food were out so we asked if it would be refilled, one of the waitress replied to us that it will be. After 20 minutes of waiting later, we asked another waiter and he said it will NOT be refilled. But about 3 minutes later, it was refilled???
- We asked for some ice, and the waitress said ”Actually, you cannot actually ask for ice” ?????
Some other minor issues were:
- unstable electricity in the rooms (the electricity plugs kept turning off for some reason)
- the lighting in the rooms were way too dark considering that the rooms didn't get too much natural light (to the point where putting on makeup was almost impossible)
- the air condition system was unstable (it was either too cold or too hot)
- the door handles were either broken or the screws were coming off and there were too many light switches that did not work or were confusing(?)

JJohnHotel is definitely more than 1 km from express bus drop off point! Long walk if you carry heavy luggage.
Lobby small and toilets/laundry room right at the back. Staff can call a taxi on your behalf as it is hard to hail a cab at the kerb. Warning : the cabs do not run by meter. Definitely more expensive than Tainan or Kaohsiung.
Room itself is very small, esp the toilet! Aircon rather noisy and fridge starts humming on and off.
HengChun is a good place to stay as there are numerous cafes/shops/services. Local night market nearby every Sunday night.
Need to book a cab if you wish to go to Kenting Night Market or explore the coastal attractions. Highly recommend you go LongPan Park (free admission). Avoid JiaLeShui till they start running the shuttle tram to waterfall again!

GGuest UserWe had a great stay here. We were right across from the beach( no swimming beach but was great for kids to play in the sand). Staff were friendly. We were just a minute’s walk from the night market, great for the kids to go play some games and get food easily. Breakfast shop was also just up the street from the hotel. Parking is also offered by the hotel which is located behind the hotel. No complaints here. Looking forward to staying here again.

GGuest UserThe service staff are very considerate, especially the ladies at the counter. We were originally going to stay for 2 days but encountered Xiaoliuqiu Yingwang and were unable to play in the water, so they helped us immediately. Although we only stayed for one day in the end, we will come back next time. Will definitely be on my second visit.

YYu chenWe have stayed 2 nights in Chateau. Though the hotel is not new, but everything is well maintained. We spent a great time there. Every staff there is friendly and helpful. We participated some extra activities (Paper cutting, Archery, and golfing. ),Everything is fun when you get together with family/friends. Especially, we invited an Amercian friend with us, she had very good impression about hotel too. Will recommend other travelers if Chateau offer some meal plans, it's really valuable. (Will suggest Chateau :The buffet - breakfast, dinner can be improved if possible).

SShawn TravelsIf your focus is purely to spend most of your time at the Nanwan Beach, Cat at Greece will be your choiced accommodation. As we were met with an off=peak situation, my family was the only ones staying at this hotel. We had trouble checking in as there were no one at the front desk to receive us as the property were not manned but monitored remotely. We took a while to get in touch with the hotel caretaker and that was done with the help of a 7-eleven convenience store staff reaching out to her.
Amongst the properties we have stayed, Cat@Greece was the least proactive in ensuring we settled in safely.
In my opinion, this hotel is suitable for stay only during summer and you must self-drive to have the convenience to explore the visitors' attractions.

YYeow AnnKenting Youth Activity Center is probably suited for big groups of students or trainees, with a big compound and spaces for large groups and possible activities. My stay at Kenting Youth Activity Center was ok, though the location is easily 5-10 minutes walk in from the main road, with no lights after certain hours. The place and facilities are dated, still recovering from the impact of Covid (the cafe remained closed down) and probably in need of a renovation and renewed energy. Staff and service were pleasant and hospitable. Thank you for the stay and I hope Kenting Youth Activity Center can improve in the face of increased competition at Kenting.
