Damp and moldy
The air was very damp and smelled like mold. There was indeed some black mold on the shower curtain and on the window curtain. Everything felt slightly damp in the room including our pillows. It was therefore extremely uncomfortable and hard to sleep. We woke up in the morning feeling nausea presumably because of the disgusting air. There was also a door to the outside that rattled loudly every time a gust of wind blew which also made it hard to sleep. Overall I would recommend finding different accommodations if you can. It may have just been a problem with this one room though

Samedi après midi en terrasse du Clube Naval avec des amis je décide de rester pour la nuit mais où dormir ? Un de mes amis me dit s’en occuper et voilà une voiture jaune arrive une heure plus tard la bas … arrivé nuitamment donc dans une agréable chambre avec de hauts plafonds comme à la maison … un bon bain chaud ou je me suis endormi puis pyjama et au lit devant un bon film en français… réveil 6:30 devant la mer bien agréable je suis resté 3 nuits du coup !

La camera nella dependance esterna è soffocante, poiché non ha finestre. Per far girare l'aria bisogna tenere la porta d'ingresso aperta e siccome non ci sono zanzariere la camera viene invasa da zanzare, formiche e insetti vari. le pareti della camera infatti sono scrostate dall'umidità. il giardino è incolto e coperto di erbacce e ti fa passare la voglia di sederti fuori. Il proprietario ci ha affittato un motorino incidentato, pagato in anticipo ovviamente, e che ci è servito solo per andare a cercare qualcos'altro da affittare. Se non si ha un mezzo proprio infatti non c'é possibilità di muoversi da Arcanju (sobborgo ben distante da Sao Roque) dove non c'é nulla. Rapporto qualità-prezzo pessimo. Anticipo pagato con bonifico un mese prima del soggiorno (di 3 notti) e il resto, così come l'affitto del motorino, in contanti e senza alcuna ricevuta. Sistemazione deludente sotto ogni punto di vista. Non vedavamo l'ora di andarcene. altamente sconsigliato.
