Nice place to stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nearby restaurants, massage parlours and convenience store, very convenient. Tourists spots also nearby.I like it very much. Will stay there again if visit Phuket again. Five stars given.

Very pleasant stay at Metadee Concept Hotel, close to Kata Beach and nearby activities but also isolated enough to be quiet and relaxing.

It was a clean and big room . Very spacious . Front desk staffs were friendly , however they don’t speak very good English , but they are all very patience . Breakfast was good , not very crowded . Dinner was great ! Very delicious Thai food . Pool was good too . Recommend those who travel with cars , because the location is abit out of town . Overall , it was a great stay .

TLDR; Underwhelming, not recommended Stayed 4 nights with my wife in pool view room ($150/night with breakfast). ROOM 2/5: Pool room actually has a view of small splash pool and more rooms right in front. Room is small, no doors on closets, minimum storage space, tiny bathroom and toilet, layout of bed was not comfortable for us- no side tables, two 500ml waters provided per day, extra charge if you ask more. Tea coffee available. Enough linen too. Room cleaning was rather superficial - the beach sand in our bathroom from first day remained throughout STAFF4/5: Generally the staff is polite and helping- special mention of restaurant staff Yaya and manager RIS. One waiter ‘Dear’ is quite impolite,l and rude but later apologised for his behaviour and attended us well LAYOUT- 2/5: Design and layout of hotel is flawed in my view- some parts are pretty confusing and it’s not easy to find your own room. One may get lost as other reviews have also mentioned RESTAURANT and FOOD 4/5: Breakfast spread is quite decent and hours are good 6.30-11am. Nice view from restaurant in the evening and ok food options- prices comparable to other restaurants we have been. POOL 4/5: Rooftop pool has nice set up for a sundowner, but closes at 8pm, pool bar closes at 7pm- so your options are limited. Happy hour at pool bar 5-7pm but bar drinks are quite watered down (mostly sugary water)- bar tender **** offended on receiving such feedback :( GYM 3/5: Gym is ok- has few basic machines, 2 treadmills, Weights- dumbbells till 25kg, No barbell or squat options FINAL THOUGHTS 3/5: Not recommended unless you get the room here for around $80 a night

The villa we stayed in was beautiful with really nice amenities- expect prices to be at a premium in comparison to the mainland but remember you are getting the island experience in return ! - The staff where really friendly, helpful and attentive. on a side note I’m not the type of traveller to write a poor review however in this case I must add that during the few weeks I’ve travelled through phuket really poor guest behaviour was a standout at this resort - the resort must put in measures towards dealing with the poor guest culture they are allowing towards the employees and other guests - There is no expectation in place for guests social etiquette nor a security presence to support employees or guests - A consideration I would definitely take into account prior to choosing this resort for a special occasion / a place of relaxation during your holiday. Barcelo are a great hotel group and I’ve stayed with them at several of there locations , however the complete lack of consideration towards the guest culture of the resort , barcelos island paradise will end in island nightmare

What can I say.. if I can give a higher rating I would definitely give but unfortunately there is a limit. From the moment you step foot into the hotel's vehicle dropoff, friendly bellhops assist you with unloading your luggages as they usher you to the front desk with a smile. Then, the counter staff brings forward a cup of (local specialty?) tea and a fragrant towel to help you freshen up. After which, you are escorted to your room with introductions of every restaurant and facility it has to offer. As you walk towards your room, you are greeted with smiles upon smiles from every staff working there. The checking-in experience has been truly welcoming! Room is extremely spacious and beautiful with a beautiful view on the Nai Han Beach from the balcony. There's also a little clipboard filled with a plethora of information ranging from menus of in-house restaurants to interesting activities to do around the area. Breakfast is very delicious (especially the eggs imo!) and definitely helps one to start the day right. The food of the restaurant continues to remain delectable throughout the day while retaining it's high quality. There's also a bar on the second floor where a lady sings classics and old jazz tunes which is what I really enjoy! For outdoor enthusiasts, you can hike from The Nai Harn to Cape Krathing, Black Rock View Point and/or Promthep Cape. Otherwise, the hotel serves as a good rallying point for trips to those beautiful places. Overall, The Nai Harn is an incredibly welcoming hotel with very friendly staffs that also serves incredible food which is also situated next to one of the cleanest beach in Phuket. What's there not to like?

A good experience. The hotel is very nice especially the swimming pools The hotel is clean. It has a small but nice beach just opposite which is really convenient. Service is top notch. We had a very nice floating breakfast. It is far away from other places even Phuket's old town. The water pressure in the washroom bidet was not controllable and was very high. Shower pressure was slow and was changing by itself. If you do not care about the location, a lovely place to stay.

The location was incredible. So much space to walk around within the hotel area, with all this wonderful nature surrounding you. The room is nice and clean, bed was comfy and they have many choices for channels (even showing football channels). Shower was nice and they have hot water. Pool was also well maintained. You’ll sleep peacefully at night there for sure. Beach is walking distance. The rooms are definitely very well maintained. 5 star prices but definitely worth it.

Good services! Hotel staff always great us and they are so sweet which celebrate my birthday with free chocolate cake when I have my morning buffet but not just leave it in my room. Near to Karon beach with 5mins walk and love the pool bar. Booked pool access room it’s so chill which can hear pool bar music with my private pool. 👍🏻

The cleanliness of both the hotel and the pool area was good, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests I had. The breakfast offered a great variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing getaway. I will definitely be returning!
