I love this place! The staff are very accommodating and are very friendly and helpful. They have arranged and serve our breakfast earlier than their regular schedule to accomodate us as our flight is early and their breakfast starts at 8:30am, so we really appreciate it. The view and ambience is very homey. They have a private beach and we spent most of our time chilling at their beach bar. Very nice place! Perfect for those who love to stay away from the hustle and bustle and for those who prefer a slow and peaceful stay. I love their support for sustainability. Rooms are super spacious and clean. I love our room’s sunbed area as it has a spectacular view of the beach. Would love to come back.

the service is good but a bit noisy

Residing in this hotel (and more precisely, apartments) in May 2019 14 days. Very successful location. You can reach the best beach of Phuket Nai Harn on foot along the lake. Those who have been to Thailand understand that it is a huge rarity. There is a shop in 5 minutes walk. Especially there is no walk, but some minimum can be bought. From the photos the room is not different, very comfortable room, there is a small kitchen. Two electric conforks, of course, you won't make anything difficult, but we got out of taking a little grill. There's everything you need from the dishes, the trash is thrown every day. Good refrigerator, microwave, teapot. Nice bed, change every 3 days. Good towels. Shower cabin, excellent water pressure. Powerful air conditioner, we almost didn't use it. Blows on bed. The only minus we found is drying things. The dryer on the balcony is very small and is so placed that nothing is blown. Due to the huge humidity on the street, things haven't dried at all. In general we were very happy. And we'll come here again. Price-quality is appropriate, I highly recommend these apartments for family quiet rest nearby with the beach.

8 minutes to the best beach where you can watch planes from afar, 3 minutes to the evening market, the main road is nearby where there are many cheap local cafes, and the room had a balcony and everything you need for living

We stayed here for one short sleep-over between Phuket airport and the ferry to Koh Yao Noi. Excellent, quiet hotel with large rooms. Bathroom and shower was really spacious. Refrigerator, safety available. Every box ticked for us. The owner was super friendly and drove us to town for a restaurant visit in the evening + to the ferry in the morning. The only downsides was no breakfast and restaurant available currently.

Incredibly clean hotel with a view for details! We have not made any bad experiences, the staff are totally friendly and hearty. We would always book here.

Snoozy was exactly the place I imagined when I looked at photos online, beds are so comfy, the athmosphere is great with nice lighting and decor. Everything was super clean and welcoming. I was most happy with how accommodating they were when there was a mix up with me booking the wrong night and how flexible they were with luggage storage and checking in and out times. Stayed with friends and a young kid and it was perfect for us.

At noon on the first day of arrival, I had lunch downstairs The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is very close to Patong Beach, it takes only 3 minutes to walk there, and it is also convenient to go to the shopping mall If you go out to sea, it is also within the free pick-up area, praise

Booked a 1 bedroom through Airbnb which is managed by a property agency. One thing about booking Airbnbs in Phuket is the separate electricity charge which is NOT included in the total price. Make sure to check the fine print when booking through any Airbnb (in Phuket). As for the condo apartment, the only pro about this place is the location - 10 min walk to Boat Avenue with supermarket, restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment wasn't very clean with hair and dirt visible on the floor, toilet roll holder was broken, front door handle loose, lights not working. We informed the property agency and they arranged someone to come and fix them. There was wifi in the room but it only worked in the living room area. The bedroom was a blind spot so the wifi didn't work in there. During our stay, the building fire alarm went off almost every other day at random times (8am, 12pm, 9pm, 10pm, 11pm) causing extreme inconvenience. I raised this with the front desk staff who was apologetic and said they working with management to fix the problem. The day we checked out, it still wasn't fixed. Despite the issues, the front desk staff was always very helpful and responsive.

Excellent service, and a great room, (118) top floor, best holiday I have had in many years. Affiliated with Pacific Resort, and able to use Resort Facilities. Courtesy vehicle. Staff are super helpful. Some music will flutter up from restaurants of an evening, though no issue to me. I will definitely be returning in 2024. My regret is not staying for a longer period.
