Hotels Near Jungceylon Shopping Mall in Phuket

The hotel is in a great location, right on the pedestrian street of Jiangxileng Shopping Mall. For rooms, it is recommended to book a room with a window. Rooms without windows are too stuffy, and unventilated places in tropical areas are prone to hygiene problems. It is an inn-style hotel, so don't expect any service. I would like to praise Ctrip's official customer service. They really treated my needs as a matter and updated me on the progress every day. 100-point service

The location is not what you think. It is just behind the boxing stadium which seems like it might be a negative. However, it is far enough back from that nearby main road that the noise is almost completely cancelled (I was on the side that faced the back of the stadium and not issues). Also it is only about a 10 min walk to walking street and to the beach maybe another 3-5 min; plenty of good food and you can take in a fight or 8 easily. The service was ok, but it was new years and they refused to help me find a cab. I feel like that is the time when they should go the extra mile. Facilities were a bit run down and there were tons of mosquitos in my bathroom. I killed 12 but still found more the next day. Because I only stayed one day and left early, I didn't get to see other facilities, so there might be more to this hotel in that sector.

Been staying in this hotel for more than 5 years now. Reception staff are always friendly and recognise you once you’ve stayed with them for a few times. Location is great, close to all places in Patong on walking distance. It has a great rooftop bar and pool, nothing fancy but has a splendid view.

The exact name of the hotel is NJ Patong Hotel. If you search Google Maps with the name (M.U.DEN) that appeared on Trip.com, it shows up as closed. The hotel is located behind Jeongceylon, but there is no road leading directly to Jeongceylon, so you have to turn around a bit. However, it doesn't spin much. There is a Muay Thai stadium in front of the hotel (matches are held between 9pm and 11pm on certain days) and a 7-Eleven is also nearby. There is a motorcycle rental shop right next door, and a laundry shop is also next door. (On the outside, it looks like a self-service fee, but it's not a self-service. It looks like they even provide ironing.) The downside is that there is a street bar at the entrance to the alley leading to the hotel, and they keep playing music so the sound echoes in the rooms facing the alley. The rooms in the back are less noisy, but I stayed on the 5th and 4th floors, and the room rang. The hotel facilities are not completely new, but seem to have been opened in another existing hotel. There is a lot of old furniture. The water pressure is good at the sink, but the shower is a bit weak. What's special is that there is a massage bed in the room, so you can call for a massage service. I guess you can just talk to the hotel lobby, but I didn't specifically request a massage. The hotel staff are very friendly. I had a lot of orders for delivery from Lazada, and they accepted everything without even telling me I didn't like it. In addition, when I had a difficult problem, they helped me resolve it smoothly. I plan to visit again next time I travel to Phuket.

Really good location and good breakfast, friendly staff.Only downfall is that the hotel doesn’t offer a clothing iron, shuttle to other beaches or universal adapter. Everything else, I was really happy staying here for 7 days.

The bungalows are located in the heart of Patong, in close proximity to the most popular pedestrian streets. And at the same time, due to its location deep in the alley, the place is quite quiet. If you live in a bungalow, the back wall of which overlooks the neighboring alley, then at night it is noisy. Cleaning is daily and very clean, the staff is polite and friendly. The place is suitable for a short stop to get acquainted with the Patong area.

Lovely hotel. Everything you need for a trip to Patong. Friendly and helpful staff. The only negative would be to avoid using the hotel concierge to book taxis and trips. A trip that the hotel quoted for 3500bht I was able to get outside for half the price. And a taxi to the airport they quote 800bht but outside we found for as little as 500bht. The pool is very nice and the breakfast was OK, but maybe too focused on guests from India and the middle east as there was no beef or pork (bacon) for breakfast.

Good Hotel for an easy stay , I had deluxe room with small balcony. Not big storage or extra interior things, but absolut acceptable for value of money. Kind stuff ! Thank you !

The location is a little bit far from the activities, and when I went on the first day the gave me a very bad room which is different than what I requested, then I asked to get me what I requested from the app they let me wait for another day and then they gave me better room but still there was no queen bed as I requested, the put a double bed together and wasn't comfortable at all, the service room entering the room while I have not been notice and that raising an issue if something missed, the need to ask for permission before entering the rooms to make sure the valuable things not being missed, I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone.

Wouldn’t recommend, hotel room did not match the picture had to switch rooms because the first room I booked AC wasn’t working. When I got to the second room there was a lot of spider webs and a couple roaches and bugs. But to end on a good note the worker was really helpful to having me change rooms because of the AC, customer service is good. Also Tanawan Hotel is in a good location close to walking street.
