Hotels in Panwa Cape, Phuket

Despite there are some issue on my booking upon check-in, the hotel service team provided a very good services in resolving my issue. Also thanks for the birthday decoration for my partner and he is happy with that. Love the view, and will book the hotel again if I am visiting Phuket again.

Excellent location and facilities. We lived in one of the pool side villas where it is close to the breakfast place, gym and private beach. There are also lots of restaurant near the doorsteps of the hotel. The room was great with stunning oceanic view and private pool. The food of the breakfast place and room delivery is also great.

I saw the pictures of the room before booking the hotel. When I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door. First, there was a sunken covered courtyard and an infinity pool. Entering the room was even more surprising. There were four large rooms: living room, bedroom, bathroom, and cloakroom. Each room was very large! The floor-to-ceiling doors and windows were more than 3 meters high, and the quality was superb! My favorite hotel in Phuket

Overall, staying at this hotel is quite satisfactory. Advantages: 1. The hotel has upgraded the sea view villa for free, the view is too beautiful, and it is more beautiful than the pictures; 2. The furnishings are very carefully, the towels are folded and the animal graphics and the flowers are arranged, the children are very happy; 3. The hotel’s dining is very good, especially The breakfast is very rich and of good quality. It is amazing on the table. Other ordering services are good, and the price is not expensive. It can be said that it is much cheaper than ordinary roadside restaurants in Patong, and it is cost-effective; 4. Hygiene. Very clean, and the pool water is also replaced 24 hours a day, which is relatively clean. Disadvantages: 1. The location of the hotel is really remote. You must remember the approximate direction when you go out, because the location searched by Baidu Maps can't come back. It probably leads to the foot of the mountain, not the path back to the hotel; 2. Lived It is normal to break the glass in two days, and the price is not expensive, but the bottles on the shelf of the toiletries are easy to break. The shelf is not stable. I want to take it off and use it. I instinctively lift the lid, but the lid is the same as the bottle body. The one that was not tightened, fell directly to the ground and broke, 600 plants each, which is still quite expensive, and the broken things were printed out on the computer after the inspection of the ward, which is probably the part that often causes problems; 3. The biggest The problem is actually related to Ctrip. The actual partner is BOOKING. Each room stated on Ctrip can bring a child from 1 to 11 years old. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk will show their cooperation book with BOOKING, which is only 2 Free for children under the age of 2, and 2500 plants per person per night for adults over 2 years old. Fortunately, I remember that when I made a reservation on Ctrip, I saw the child’s terms and conditions, and then showed them to them and translated them directly. After they communicated, they said that our two 5-year-old children would not add money. This problem caused the check-in for more than half an hour, which was uncomfortable at first, but after seeing the beautiful sea-view room upgraded for us, I stayed comfortably. The hotel's service is very good, and more change is prepared as a tip, and both parties are happy.

Wonderful stay at. Cape Panwa Hotel, only wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were exceptional, always willing to help and nothing was ever too much trouble. We only ate for breakfast which was good and twice at The Reef where the food was so well presented and tasted heavenly. The Otter Bar at happy hour is a must, the views are amazing. The lady at the piano in the Otter Bar also needs a mention. Such a lovely person despite having very few people present to hear her play. As we didn’t eat at The Anderman we didn’t manage to meet again The Panwa Trio who played each evening until 9 pm. What a shame they no longer play at The Lighthouse. We remember such brilliant evenings there in the past. Most evenings the Lighthouse was packed. We sang and danced - something we felt was missing at the moment as it is now only open two nights a week as a sort of “sports bar”. Special mention should go to Sandy who looked after us so well at breakfast and lunch times at the beach bar. Such a friendly, caring person who we had met on previous visits and does not change one bit. Other mentions should go to Jennifer - why she is treated as a Trainee is beyond belief. She knows more than most of her so called seniors. Reception staff too were excellent but especially Pinyada who helped us so much in the initial stages. We had a late flight (8.00 pm) but managed to keep our room until 4 pm for a small charge. This was excellent as we had an extra day for our holiday lazing on the beach. The rooms were clean, showers excellent. Took me a while to understand how to change from the overhead shower to the handheld but I eventually worked it out. Directions on this would be a help to us oldies! Plenty of sunbeds so no problems there and the gardens and beach were beginning to look like they did pre Covid. Quite a lot still needs to be done around the hotel (decking) but we could see work was beginning to address these problems which have occurred over the times of closure because of Covid. Thank you once again to all the staff for a wonderful visit and hopefully we will make it six visits in the not too distant future.

We recommend Bandara! We had a lovely journey here at Bandara. The pool and its view are incredible. The room is super clean and confortable and the staff is amazing! Always smiling, ready to help, very charming. They also can help you book any taxi ride or activities. The breakfast was always delicious. We really enjoyed our stay! :) oh and it is 2 minutes walking feom a 7-eleven. ;)

That of happiness, simple but good quality accommodation, very clean room with small care, overlooking swimming pool ....brev everything is very well calm only the cock can wake you I recommend this hotel to all those looking for the tranquility

Our villa was perfect. The bed was comfortable, pool was heaven and the cleanliness impeccable. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. The staff and service was faultless…from the front desk to the restaurant, bar, pool & cleaners…all were amazing. Special mention to Zeen and Nam who were always very attentive, friendly and helpful. Food was excellent too although you wouldn’t want to be staying here longer than 8 nights on the slimmed down Luxury Escapes menu…might get a little tedious. We did purchase a Luxury Escapes package and the only negative was that it specifically mentioned ‘adults only” accommodation. This was definitely not the case. It wasn’t a major issue for us as the children staying while we were there were very well behaved except for the last night. Screaming children in the villa above us was not a good finish. Nicki

Those who like quietness must come and experience this hotel in the Panwa area. The hotel enjoys a private beach, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. Moreover, the configuration and location of the room make the room very cool, and we feel very comfortable when we turn on the fan every day. The hotel does not have a restaurant, you can dine in the nearby restaurant or ask the hotel to help you order meals in other restaurants. There is also a local family restaurant two steps away nearby. If there is any problem, it is that the beach in front of the hotel has a lot of corals, which is not convenient for swimming in the sea. But a little further to the right leads to another beach with very fine sand. Joy at the front desk is a super cute and enthusiastic girl. I hope that next time I have the opportunity to bring my family to stay for a longer period of time.
