The location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was great, but the food at dinner time could be improved re the choice and the flavour. Also it’s a bit overpriced. In general, we had a great time inside the hotel area - it’s spacious with lots of good views. Compared to other hotels, it’s a bit pricey, but we will recommend it to our friends.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of 4.
We also loved the pool and the overall hotel design and architecture.
Staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
Gym is also well equipped.
The beach, sadly, was very dirty, but that’s not hotel’s fault.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The breakfast spread was great, my children enjoyed the generous spread! The view is so nice! We regret we only stayed for 1N.
We will be back to Pullman if we going back to Phuket!

Lovely location on a really nice peaceful beach
Hotel is ok, wished they had stocked better toilet amenities but it was acceptable.
They could do with fixing of the broken tiles and general cleanliness of the pool.

This is a beautiful hotel, with abundant of amazing views of Naithon beach.
The hotel also has nice restaurants with very delicious food, with reasonable price. This is important since location of the hotel is quite remote & you do not have many options for F&B outside the hotel.
It will be better if they use golf cart/electric buggy, instead of modified Suzuki Carry & Nissan March.
