The hotel was very cute. The theme is really nice and the sunrise and sunset views are amazing. The pools are nice and he restaurant is quite delicious. There is a floating dock that you can walk on and feel I the middle of the water. We truly loved this hotel and are 100% sure we will return. The staff is very helpful and kind. The bathtub is perfect for after the sun, you can buy bath salt with soothing agents for sunburn in the reception.

I’ve made a reservation with gorgeous Beach front with bath up here. I can say it was a nice hotel. The location is pretty quiet, what if you really want a peaceful destination. I recommend here is one of the best choices. Hotel is very unique with black and white color especially many bear dolls in hotel. During our 3d 2n stay the room wasn’t cleaned. We met a housekeeper once on the last day before we left. Staffs are friendly and potential including their students trainee. It’ll be better, if the hotel have parking lots in the hotel where doesn’t located beside hotel’s area because someone come on holiday with big families and messy stuffs. So, you must be tired to transfer or hand your luggages by yourself without bellman. However, I appreciate my birthday cake that they’ve surprised me on my birthday. I do really thank everyone in Poto Hotel.

We came to this hotel for the sake of the view, it turned out that you need to pay extra to get a room with a sea view. We paid 1000 baht extra and our room was changed, the room had a bathroom and a beautiful view from the window. But the room cleaning is at a terrible level. Why are the people who work at this hotel not doing their job well? I gave 3900 baht for this room to have a good rest, but when I come to the room and realize that we only had clean towels and that's it, and no one took the crumbs off the table. We also put laundry items in the washing bag, according to the idea they should be picked up, but in the end it feels like nothing was cleaned at all. Why would I pay for the best room in this hotel and receive such service? My mood was ruined. I do not recommend this hotel and I will also tell all my friends about the service at this hotel. Yes, the view is beautiful, but when you come to an unmade room, the mood changes and there is not the slightest desire to stay there. I will attach a photo of what my husband and I will return to after a walk by the sea, but I would like to have a clean room.

This place is perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of busy areas. The gym is really well equipped.
The front desk staff were amazing—I wish I could remember the name, so I could give her a proper shout-out!

I have booked a ocean hall room (beachfront) for one night to watch the sunrise. According to the hotel's photos on Instagram, the sunrise can be seen directly in front of the room. However, on the day of my stay, there were water droplets on the window, obstructing the view, and the sunrise appeared to the left instead of directly in front. It was unfortunate that I couldn't enjoy the optimal view from the room. In the end, I rushed to the ground floor to catch a glimpse, but I had already missed the best timing.
