Good location, inside the mall. Around hotel have a lot of restaurants & bar. Walking distance to night life street & Patong Beach.

Great central location. It's next to a giant shopping mall. So everything you want is outside the hotel entrance. Great room and friendly staff.

It was a terrible experience. The rooms were nothing like the pictures, with a broken air conditioner and cracked walls. The service was awful, with no sense of hospitality. The worst part was being treated like thieves over a missing towel — they made us wait and even asked us to open our bags. Definitely not a place to recommend. —- avoid this place at all costs.
