Really deserves 5 stars. The room is very clean, the treatment is classy and friendly, and the staff are really great. I am very satisfied and the hotel is cheap.

I saw the previous reviews and to be honest they don’t make justice to the hotel. The hotel is very good, clean, good location not far from the party but at the same time far enough to be able to sleep peacefully. We got room 407. Big balcony consider that all the views of your balcony will be towards another building across the street, but for the price you are paying is very good. Breakfast is good: eggs station, salad, coffee, tea, etc (perfect before you go on a tour in the early morning)

We had a rest in December 2024. Pros: - Malin Plaza is nearby (a market where you can eat and buy everything) - Shops - Currency exchange Cons - Very very poor breakfasts - There are rooms with a view directly into the windows of the neighboring building - The attitude of the staff can be rude

The room type I booked was different from the one given at the front desk. I booked a room with a large window and a balcony, but when I checked in, I was given a small window with an interior view. When I changed the room, they said there were no rooms left. In short, it was a bit of a bullying to the Chinese. I don't recommend staying at this hotel

A very good hotel for this location (food market "Malin Plaza"). There is always parking in the neighboring alleys, food at the market, a modern beautiful laundry right in the hotel building on the first floor. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfasts are modest, but you won't overeat). The price is adequate and pleasant.

Booked overnight but didn't sleep in this hotel and came to wait to check in. The hotel informed that the booking was made through an error in the booking system. The hotel owner had to come and say he was sorry. because there is no room for Then the owner and The staff helped carry things away. Worst unfriendly staffs..had to wait for 4-5 hours for checkin despiteour prebooking....doesnot provide any information on nearest tourist destination and hanging out area....not tourist friendly..communiction problem..hotel scammed us extra money...not recommended

Rooms were pretty good but the hospatility of the people is not good as expected when you visit new place. There was maintaince going on when were inside the room. this made us very disturbed and discomport. problem were during checkin. it was 3 pm and they didnt allow us to go inside the room even they were cleaned and ready to sit in until the checkin time

I had a night in this hotel, but the staffs in this hotel are not professional. The room smells as it was just painted. They made us late check in and still people ( maintenance) were in the door making noise of drilling nails. Staffs were not professional and not comfortable.

No service, no phone in the room to contact a person who handle this, room lock every time and it’s not open i’m tired to tell them, ac not working properly, no warm water for bath, daily same breakfast e van they not change the menu. Not satisfied there service.
