It was our first trip to Phuket, and the Waterfront Suites by Centara was the perfect choice. The service, rooms and hospitality are higher than many other hotels I have stayed at in Thailand. I recommend this hotel to everyone, either single, couples or family. The location is fantastic. 2 mins walk to the beach, and there are excellent restaurants, bars, live music venues, tourism agents, shops, minimarts etc., within 100-300 m. Many thanks to the wonderful staff – Ms Ploy, Mr Duke, Mr Kanun and Mr James- for the kind hospitality and making our trip memorable.

The hotel did a great job. Knowing that we were three people in one room, they specially took a large sheet to cover the two double beds. This was a surprise that we didn't expect. The sea view and the light in the room were also very good! I will stay here again next time! !

The room is big, with a living room, kitchen, and sofa, but it is not necessary for traveling. The floor assigned to me is a bit low, the 6th floor, and I can only see a little bit of the sea. The sea breeze is very strong and very comfortable, and it is OK not to turn on the air conditioner.

Spacious apartments with everything you need. The territory is hidden, outsiders are not allowed. Nice pool. We've been staying here for many years now!

The suite is large and clean. The facilities are a bit old. The shower water temperature is sometimes hot and cold. It is a three-minute walk from the beach. The service staff is very enthusiastic. If you arrange to stay on a higher floor, I will come again.

Not the first time in this hotel. This is the tallest building in Karon. Convenient location. Gorgeous view. Quite a large area with a good swimming pool, even a pond with fish. Daily cleaning + a bottle of water for each. The sea is 200 m from the hotel. There are many restaurants, fruit stalls and shops nearby.

The room is big and well-equipped but old. The air conditioner in the bedroom is a bit loud. Also, don't live near the bar street. There was still singing at 1am and you could hear the sound of drums even with the windows closed on the 14th floor.

Because I have children, I have stayed here twice before. This time I changed the name and renovated it. The house is big and very comfortable.

The location is great, the staff is good, the rooms are spacious, like a home, and the price is good.

It is impossible to sleep in this hotel due to the VERY LOUD music at night from the Garage cafe and other cafes located near the hotel. We were very exhausted from staying at this hotel. And no one from the hotel administration solves this problem. For this reason, we wanted to continue our vacation at another hotel, but the management of Waterfront Suites Phuket by Centara refused to cancel our reservation and return our money to us. The holiday is ruined. This is a terrible place! Beware of him! It is impossible to sleep here because of the VERY LOUD music at night from "The Garage" cafe. We are very exhausted from staying at this hotel. Nobody is solving this problem. For this reason we want to continue our vacation at another hotel, but the administration of Waterfront Suites Phuket by Centara Hotel refuses to cancel our reservation and return our money to us. This is a terrible place! Be aware of it!

Dili in a single room on the 8th floor. The hotel's excellent location and sea view, we even saw fireworks a couple of times. The room has a spacious living room with a kitchen, stove, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and dishes available. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The furniture is not new, but the plumbing is all in good working order and without leaks. The pool is great in the shade of the trees, the birds are singing, the flowers are blooming, the cicadas are chirping. The area is looked after, the area is clean, it’s nice to walk around. The people at the reception are simply amazing, responsive and ready to help. Thank you for our comfortable stay!!! Both children had their birthdays a couple of days after leaving, the amazing girl from the reception congratulated them with a cake and a song... it was unexpected and incredibly pleasant!!!!! Thank you!!
