Simple hotel to stay for several nights. The room was okay, but nothing fancy. The bathtub instead of shower is not the best idea.

Staff are friendly and the place is clean and well serviced even if the decor is a little tired and they no longer serve food (COVID’s lasting damage I guess). Location is excellent as it’s a short walk to the beach, the street food court and across from the smart bus stop, if you fancy seeing more of Phuket.

Hospitable staff, always ready to help, daily room cleaning, I was also pleased with the presence of two TV channels in Russian. Good location, just 5 minutes to Kata beach, 3 minutes to the night market, a large number of cafes and restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised by the price.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helped me delay check-out until 2pm for free because the plane took off very late. The air conditioning is efficient and there is a small balcony. The room is cleaned at about 12:00 every day. The aunt is also very friendly. It is highly recommended and a very cost-effective hotel. There is a 711 5 minutes away and there are many restaurants downstairs. Highly recommend staying here! The only reason is that the water quality is not very good because of its age. It is recommended to bring a filter. It is not widely available and the water quality here is generally poor.

Like a farmhouse, don’t ask too much for the price. You can only make a stopover. There are a lot of Russian aunts and uncles. They seem to be permanent residents. The breakfast is also delicious.

The waiters are very nice. The sea is nearby and the beach is fine. It only takes five or six minutes to walk. The night market is less than a hundred meters away, and the food is delicious and not expensive. The downside is that water drips from the bathroom ceiling and just drips on the toilet. The workers cleaned it up but it's still dripping. The air conditioner also leaked and wet the table.

Excellent hotel, stayed for a day, everything is nearby: the sea, shops, cafes. I recommend it for short stays, as the hotel does not have a pool and is not quite suitable for a long vacation

The hotel is well located, the sea is nearby, cleaning is done every day, there is no kettle in the room. There is no window in the room, you open the door directly to the balcony, mosquitoes fly in in the evening and at night and you have to sleep in the dark.

The room is spacious and clean, but the shower is broken and it is very difficult to wash your hair.

Well located and clean. Spacious, air-conditioned room with fridge, bathtub, air conditioning, television and terrace. Good value for money.
