I did special request as it is our 5th wedding anniversary. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights inclusive of breakfast. Room is near the exit at the end. Although we don't like the outside scenery but we are not fussy.
The hotel even has complimentary buggy service. And we just learnt on the 2nd last day, that we are able to request to have us drop off at the main road.
Breakfast: There are 3 areas of food. 1 area the menu will be changed daily. The other 2 areas will be the same.
Swimming pool : I think it is 1m and 0.8m deep. I enjoyed the pool, but my hubby don't coz he's a tall person.
Gym facility : Shame I didn't take pic. But my hubby like it. Even has glass bottles as it is complimentary drinking water.
Room Service: The ordering via phone is breeze. The Staff will bring the food into the room, so make space for the staff to put on it and we paid in cash as well.
Make up room service: All is good too. No complains, we requested for more drinking water, and that we are given.

I like it that the breakfast is halal and location wise is near patong beach but far away from nightlife. Near novotel phuket. Good food nearby. Near mosque so alot of halal restaurants nearby

service is nearly non existing on this property, especially when it comes to pressing guest concerns regarding safety and security. book with caution or if you are able to accept this

All the staff were nice and polite. The buggy boys too were friendly. They always had a nice smile whenever we spoke to them. Hotel location was excellent just a 2 min walk to the Patong beach! Rooms were clean and had a balcony too. The only downside of our visit was their breakfast need to improve to provide more variety and choose. Overall experience though was good and we would definitely like to visit again!

We had a spacious room on a higher floor with a nice ocean view. The room has a fridge, high speed internet and plenty of outlets to charge your electronics. There is a shuttle than brings you from the lobby to the entrance of the building, climbing up steep slopes.

It's not far from the beach, the staff are super nice. Hotel's restaurant is good, I recommend their burgers and chicken pelmeni. I enjoyed my stay there.

Generally nice hotel conveniently located after the end of Patong beach a hundred meters from the beach itself. Nice pool but not deep. The room may need some updating and repairs. Room service not available at night.
