Everything was great. The only minor setback is the walkway outside the room could be very noisy if other guest don't have the courtesy to speak softly. Was awaken at 3am on my last night with a guest shouting and arguing with his girlfriend. Indeed a nuisance to have such guest. Apart from that, everything was great.

The staff at the reception are very friendly and treat you warmly during the check in and check out process. The room is very clean, spacious and smells good. housekeeping staff is also very nice and helpful. only this hotel does not provide toiletries such as toothbrushes. maybe upon request. This hotel is also very convenient and close to the shopping mall, Bangla Road and other shops. Will come again to stay here and highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel to stay. This hotel is the best

Stayed here for 7 days and overall it was okay, when we first arrived there were problems with the refrigerator not working and the toilet not flushing, staff fixed the problem quickly. The pool facilities and service there is great. The gym is also quite good compared to other hotels. The cleaning is bare minimum as the bathroom hardly got cleaned when housekeeping would come, just new towels and bed linen. The wifi tends to drop and it can be quite noisy. The balcony chairs were a bit dirty so had to clean them ourselves. Our room also had a lizard in it and the door’s deadbolt lock didn’t work at all.
