The hotel staff were great, very friendly and efficient. The hotel itself is good, however the walls in my room were dirty. They’ve got great amenities and it’s easy to get around.

Excellent location. Less then 200m from famous Jungceylung shopping and Banzaan Market. Just a short walk to Patong Beach thru Bangla Street.

The hotel was nice but not enough emphasis on what it provided and what was around it. The rooms were extremely loud due to its location near the clubs. We had to ask for the oils to be cleaned and the shampoo and shower gel wasn’t in abundance during our stay. Toothbrush etc wasn’t provided but water was, although had to keep water bottles not to get charged. The swimming pool was nice and their bar was awesome but it wasn’t well advertised or supported. Excellent pool and service on top floor but rest of hotel was average.

Everything was great. The only minor setback is the walkway outside the room could be very noisy if other guest don't have the courtesy to speak softly. Was awaken at 3am on my last night with a guest shouting and arguing with his girlfriend. Indeed a nuisance to have such guest. Apart from that, everything was great.

The staff at the reception are very friendly and treat you warmly during the check in and check out process. The room is very clean, spacious and smells good. housekeeping staff is also very nice and helpful. only this hotel does not provide toiletries such as toothbrushes. maybe upon request. This hotel is also very convenient and close to the shopping mall, Bangla Road and other shops. Will come again to stay here and highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel to stay. This hotel is the best
