Service is very terrible , I was totally disappointed about their service and breakfast , and pool was very cold, and the location is quite far from the city center. Rest of the things are ok not too good

Location is abit further away from the beach but it’s a good place to unwind. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the jacuzzi with a great sea view. There were some stains on the bedsheet and the shuttle service to the reception takes a while to arrive, but other than that, all is well.

Stayed cottage sea view. Despite the remote room location from reception to room (its up the hill) there is shuttle bus service at your beck and call, so that somewhat solves the issue of convenient travelling. My biggest irk is that the jacuzzi only has cold water, and when your up high and no tree blocking the wind, its kinda pointless to have a jacuzzi because its freaking cold. Would stay here again if they provided hot water jacuzzi, otherwise, just dont pick the cottage room type.

First, regarding the location, given with this price I will rate it five. It provides shuttle bus service transit from the hotel to Patong beach and Big C, which I will say the travelling time is not long, with 10 minutes by taking the bus.
Second, regarding the room, it is very spacious and clean, and the whole hotel as well. We love the size of the room and the facilities are also clean and well-equipped.
However, what we dislike is the breakfast. The breakfast is tasteless and dirty. We all got stomachache after that. Flies can find everywhere in the restaurant. The staff in the restaurant is not helpful at all.

I was very disappointed with the hotel overall, very oit dated with lots off things falling it to bits. Needs some money spending on it. Cleaning staff were great and very polite but the reception staff were rubbish. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Impressed with the room And the view is great. But he was very dissatisfied with his sleep being disturbed. I booked a suite hoping to get a good break for my money. Today is my last day of staying in Phuket, I chose to stay at Patong Bay Hill Hotel. But my rest was disturbed by the renovation of the room next to me and the air conditioner repairman was at work above my room, smashing, dragging things. And things fell on the floor from the time I entered around 9:00am and for so long that I decided to call the receptionist to ask what happened. The employee said he would check and would have the technician stop. But nothing was fixed. Until I decided to wake up to pack up my things and find another hotel to sleep in because I had just returned to my room at 6:50am. which I only slept for 2 hours
