This hotel is located in good location. The room is clean and the staff is friendly.

hotel have late check in to as late as 8pm at night. complementary breakfast provided at lobby area. much appreciated

P ime Town 💠 When Grabbing in from 🦀 crab land ...CenTTraI view within 1096 paces ? In a World already in a ☸️²⁵⁶⁶ feature future ...🍀 found ground and flew in throught the Gates of Her-Mes ...sounding like a cylon whispering from the other side or the Bridge 🌉 ...is this Zigma or Enigma writing... For my own inner piece and joy - the ho(tell) as a story to share...this is where I found the 🪵 in-box...to declare 📜under🪧#AIset

The place was okay. The room was spacious and the bed was soft and comfortable. Although, the amenities weren’t much. When the check out time was done. The hotel service kept calling us to rush us to get out of the room. In a tone that wasn’t very nice. If I had the choice to stay here again, I wouldn’t.

location near downtown and Central Festival Room and beds rate / facilites 5 star

Location: looks like it’s close to a mall and a few coffee shops but the reality is the sidewalks around the hotel aren’t pedestrian friendly. It feels like walking in US… just slightly better. Plus Grab doesn’t work very well in Phuket so be prepared to walk more than you imagine Staff: friendly and helpful. The lady working during the day was a smart one as she knew how things worked outside Room: big enough for one person, it’s clean. They provide shampoo and shower gel, so you need to bring your own hair conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste Gym: was ok for me, just basic Pool: didn’t use it but it looks alright

Check-in was okay. Just a bit slow, perhaps if it is weekend at least 2 staff at the counter will help solving this. There was no shower shampoo inside the dispenser. We have to inform the reception for it as It was not filled up by the cleaners. The floor was dusty. I realized they only use broom and the type of broom they used is not doing the cleaning efficiently. The bed was comfortable.

Good location to old town and to the mall. Pricing is as per the standard.

Clean and nice hotel. They require a deposit in cash only at the lobby before check in which was a bit annoying since we didn’t have cash on us.
