Exceptional Service and Comfortable Stay
I absolutely love this hotel! Every time we used the "Do Not Disturb" button, the housekeeper respected our privacy and left a thoughtful note, ensuring we knew when she would return to clean the room. We never felt forgotten. The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind.
Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Alex, the trainee, went above and beyond to ensure we had a baby chair and utensils, always greeting us with a smile and making our stay incredibly pleasant.
Special thanks to Bovwy for suggesting trips around Phuket that catered to our needs as travelers with a baby. The hotel manager was also incredibly accommodating, especially considering my husband's tendency to wake up late for breakfast. He even invited us to participate in New Year Blessings from Moncks.
Overall, this hotel provided an exceptional experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodations and outstanding service.

good proximity to most of the interesting stuff i patong and breakfast is amazing. good quality if you are staying in this noisy part of phuket.

I visited this hotel for family trip in Phuket. This hotel was located in the heart of Patong and even if midnight, I could go to eatery and convenience store in this town.
What was more, the breakfast of this facility was so great in terms of taste and types of food and drink. Though the room I stayed in was a little bit of messy, I could stay comfortably.

Definitely a neighborhood boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious even though I stayed in their basic room. Service was personal. However there are areas to improve, breakfast lacks variety especially if you stay longer, it is the same every day. Boring menu. And the biggest turnoff is NO Smart TV, no YouTube or Netflix on their TV which in this age, it is a basic need.

Had a really nice stay at the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was well kept, clean with a nice modern design. It has all the standard amenities plus the room and bathroom is really large so that adds to the comfort. The balcony comes with stools and a mini table. The bed was surprisingly comfy and better than most hotels I've stayed at. The only drawback of the room is the air conditioning which I think is too cold and can't be adjusted, but that's not so bad in the hot climate.
The location is top notch and within walking distance to the beach and nearby bars, restaurants and shopping mall. There will be a lot of night music and traffic noises nearby so I chose a room facing the pool / garden side and that already cancels out 95% of the noise.
I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and the buffet breakfast.
