No hot water the first day and told us to wait till the next morning. Whole family not able to shower. 2nd day did not manage to solve the problem , got us to another villa just to shower and only manage to solve the water heater in the evening . The rest is alright . The pool water taste sour.

I had read an earlier review and thought it was a one off about the water being yellow. This was the case in our unit. The wifi also did not work, and my husband works remotely. We repeatedly reached out to get support, but did not get a response. Ultimately, we decided to check out and go elsewhere, as that is just gross. How have they not fixed this?

We stayed at the villa from March 5 to March 23, rested together, a great place, the villa has everything you need for comfort, rented a car, it helped to move around the island comfortably (the location of the villa is a little far from shops or the beach, it is better to take vehicles in rent) I liked everything very much, especially we want to note the staff of the villa - Aew, Wan and Luck - they made our stay very comfortable!!! If necessary, our issues were resolved very quickly, they were constantly in touch. The nearest beach is Layan (by car very quickly-5 minutes) the location itself is a little on the mountain - fresh air and wind, which is especially important given the air temperature at this time, the villa is clean and cleaned very well. Nice pool, lots of flowers, security around the clock. Recommended!!! We plan to stay here again 👍

The facilities are truly wonderful and very close to the sea, all equipped with an infinity pool. Valid advice for both families and couples. Spotless kitchen, rooms and bathrooms and truly friendly and competent staff. I can not wait to come back!
