Had a great stay at Nam Naka, the service was great from all staff, and they were always there for support or help. The location was on a dual carriageway, so there was always the need to grab a taxi to move around. There was, however, a 7-Eleven nearby so very convenient.
Overall my family enjoyed their stay in the busy high season and the price made it right.

Building very close to road and very noisy, can’t sleep. Night receptionist smoked **** and can’t speak normal and help with parking. Parking car full and can’t park near. Room many ants.
Other things is good - bed sheets , towels, equipment.

The staff is nice and the room is clean. However, we got ants everywhere in the room, a few on the bed. Only 2 sockets in the room, one is by the bed and one is under the sink (like I should charge anything under the sink -.-') The location is not the best if I am honest, can't really get around without a motorbike. There is a 7/11 nearby. The sound isolation is not the best but it will do. I guess Double glazed windows is not a thing in Thailand.

Good location, close to Naka market and Phuket central mall. Homemade ice cream was really good. The receptionist was very helpful, an ultimate person who will guide you.

For instance, the fitness center was minimal, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, making it challenging for guests who rely on a reliable internet connection.
Cleanliness, another crucial aspect of any accommodation, was also a concern. Although the rooms had a rustic appeal, I couldn't help but notice that certain areas were not as well-maintained as expected. The attention to detail in cleaning seemed lacking, and this detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.
