This hotel is very hard to find as there is no sign when I asked the owner he said it was broke. I said it would be a good idea to put small sign up as this was an Italian restaurant and the rooms were above. It also rooms had no kettleTV had no aerial. There was no water in fridge. No information on how to get in late at night for the price of this hotel, it would need to be giving a bit more and it wouldn’t be a big cost.

Bedroom was a bit old and poorly decorated. It was not even the bedroom we booked but for reasons we didn’t understand we were given another room in another building. We didn’t accept the first room they gave us that was awful, all black without light, no window and really creepy. We complained and they accepted to give us a room in the upper floor with more light but still old and rudimentary

It was a good value for the money. It is attached to a pizza place. The room wasn’t the cleanest and there were ants but overall it wasn’t too bad. Comfortable bed. Super busy area.

Nice guesthouse located above an Italian restaurant. Good location, close enough to patong beach to walk but far enough away to not be disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the nightlife.

The location is good, the room is terrible, dirty walls, stinking black refrigerator, the worst thing is the dirty mattress that cuts your whole body with springs, everything can be lived through, but you need to sleep on a normal mattress

Definitely recommend booking!!!! The hotel is located 50m from the Banzaan market and 10 minutes to the beach. On the 1st floor there is an Italian restaurant with a menu in Russian, and rooms on the 2nd-4th floors. The staff is friendly. They communicate in English quite well and clearly. The hotel is 2 stars, but the main thing in Thailand is the sea, the weather and what is within walking distance)))) Do not count on the repair and service of a 5-star hotel!!! Cleaning is generally daily, but we asked every other day. Opposite there is a 24-hour fruit stand and a laundry, around the corner there is a 7-ELEVEN supermarket and currency exchange offices. We arrived at about 1 am (I left a comment when booking, since the staff generally works until 24.00). They waited for us and checked us in. At first they gave us room 203 on the 3rd floor. It did not have a balcony and the bed was sagging. In the morning I went to the administrator and asked to change it. They gave us room 102 on the 2nd floor without any problems. It had a balcony and an excellent bed. In general, I liked everything very much. For 2 weeks of stay it was 26 thousand rubles.
