All in all it could've been worse but it wasn't. Nice hotel. The Lobby and the rooms were in were not in the same building so we had a few safety issues. The lady at reception was really nice and walked us through the busy streets to our room. There is no pool as such but I think they offered a shared pool at another hotel. Is I were in my 20s or early 30s side book it but it was (the room) little bit on the small side and we had climb 4 FLOORS to get to ur room. Recommend for young travelers.

Nice locations friendly staff it’s near supermarket and cafe on the other side it’s 15 minuets walk to Karon beach

Good location, very kind-hearted stuff. A cozy quite room for remote work and peace with the balcony to the backyard, strong wi-fi.

Great value for money. Spacious room, spotless, nice design, clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The room is also equipped with a fridge, TV, hairdryer, umbrellas and kettle + coffee tea making facilities. The staff spoke good English and they were all very helpful. It'll be hard to find hotel for this price with all of those qualities. Location wise, it is above the night market. So if you're a light sleeper, it's a bit noisy, but only up to about 11pm.

Service was very pleasant and friendly and all the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Situated in a great location and the room was very good value for money. Hopefully next time i stay the swimming pool will be in operation.

Not so good. The say new rooms. But they are not so new. And a/c is leaking. Not again.

Had to extend my stay and the hotel was excellent. Beautiful cozy room. Location was good. Accessible to many food and shopping areas.

Everything is good. Nice hotel and nice service. Just have some problems with swimming pool. A way different between pictures and reality

The hotel is good for a short stay. They put us in another house, the entrance is through the laundry. The market is right at the exit from the hotel, they are noisy until 11 at night, it was not critical. Also along the street to the left and to the right there are many shops, cafes, exchange offices and everything else. The beach is also nearby, it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the right from the hotel. The cleanliness is not very good, when we arrived the floor was all in sand. There was no balcony in the room, there was a window, the air conditioner blows directly on the bed, be careful not to get sick. There is a pool on the roof of the hotel, but it is very dirty and small, you can only sunbathe there well.

Kata Night Market is downstairs. There are abundant food at night. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Kata Beach.

If you take a budget room, then most of the colorful photos are not about the place where you will live. You will be accommodated in the neighboring building right above the market. Entrance is free for anyone at any time of the day, the only protection for you and your things is the flimsy lock of the room itself. And also without an elevator, only an untrustworthy staircase without railings with a steep climb. Our room was completely permeated with the smell of cigarettes, although there are signs everywhere. It is noisy at night because of the market. Even light came through the front door, so the noise from the neighbors is as if they are in your room. The door to the bathroom creaked loudly and disgustingly. The shower is only tropical, the pressure is weak anyway, and with such a shower head it is even weaker. The air conditioner did not respond to the settings, it was too cold. The view from the balcony is to the wall of the neighboring house. Check-in is not a minute before 14:00. On the plus side - there is a safe in the room, you can leave your luggage at the reception.
