Dear Hotel Manager,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the room arrangements made for my family during our stay at Holiday Inn in Phuket, booked through Trip.com.
I had specifically booked two rooms for my family, which includes young children and an elderly family member with mobility issues, to enjoy a comfortable and stress-free holiday. However, upon check-in today, January 28, 2025, I was shocked to find that the rooms were arranged in completely different and distant locations within the hotel.
This arrangement is both inconvenient and unacceptable, as it fails to accommodate the specific needs of a family traveling together. It is particularly troubling given the limitations of one of our family members who requires close support due to mobility challenges. Such an arrangement feels discriminatory and contradicts the concept of a "family-friendly" or "family-connected" hotel, which is what I expected when I made the booking.
I request an immediate resolution to this issue, including reallocation of the rooms to ensure they are in close proximity to each other. Additionally, I urge you to review your policies and practices to prevent similar situations from happening to other families in the future.
Please treat this matter with urgency and provide a response at your earliest convenience. I look forward to your reply and a satisfactory resolution.
