Best Western Patong Beach Reviews

I booked extra night stay due to flight change. The check in with hotel front desk staff Ms. Salita, she assisted and arranged for the same room stay, free of hassle. Thank you very much.

Lovely hotel. Everything you need for a trip to Patong. Friendly and helpful staff. The only negative would be to avoid using the hotel concierge to book taxis and trips. A trip that the hotel quoted for 3500bht I was able to get outside for half the price. And a taxi to the airport they quote 800bht but outside we found for as little as 500bht. The pool is very nice and the breakfast was OK, but maybe too focused on guests from India and the middle east as there was no beef or pork (bacon) for breakfast.

Nice view on their infinity pool at 7 floor wth little bar on a pool to order a drinks .good location,near Patong beach,good breakfast,thanks to the desk staff,Miss Nichapron,she assist us everyyhing we want to know,and prepare a little breakfast to bring in the airport as we check out early in the morning.thank you

Repeated stay. The allocated room is very noisy till midnight as there are loud music playing all the time. The cleanness of the room needs to improved and toilet paper, face tissue are not replenished. There is no face tower given on one day during the stay period. Good location, reception staffs are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is not bad. The swimming pool water is a little bit dirty. Overall we have a good stay.

Walking distance to Patong beach, Bangla road, Jungceylon shopping centre. Opposite day tour counter's lady very helpful and friendly. Massage many, this Ginger massage is good and lower price.

Location is good. Bfast..limited varieties TV..english channel not working. Too few english channels. Cleaniness can he improved. The hotel is rather old. Needs renovations The ledge at toilet doir needs to be replaced. Overall an average hotel.

Pro = location. It's close to malls and restaurants Con = Hotel is dated, towels in our room had dirty marks on them. We had included breakfast but the breakfast was so-so. The wait staff did not clean or replace the place mat, and just put the utensils in the it. When I lifted up the place mat the table was soaked with sauce from the previous guests. There were cockroaches crawling on the floor. One female guest screamed really loud and when I looked over I saw a few cockroaches crawling on the floor. We wiill not book this hotel again.

Not the best for couples. Never a 4 star hotel. Only good thing is close to bangla road. Very shady place. If you are couple stay away from this place.

Location okay, but cleanliness standards are horrible. Blocked showers drains after many requests from time of arrival with no repair. Same with family members room.

FYI NOT FOR Kids! Everything was great but not recommnded for families with young kids. To much naughtyness outside the hotel which they should not be seeing. Hotel amenities are well thought out. Gave us slippers and a beach bag. Smart. good cleaning service and clean rooms. iron available Nice pool. But glass was dirty you can not see outside. breakfast looked nice but we chose to get hot drinks and croissants from 7 eleven or eat out for brekkie.

Rooms clean and comfertable, breakfast not bad for thailand , location Good , 2 minuts to junceylon 5 minuts to beach

This is an old building but they followed the best western standard for sure. As this absolutely perfect location i would say worth the price you paid.

Very good location, walking distance to Patong beach, surrounded by restaurants. The hotel sound proof system is not good can hear people talking at middle of night along corridor. Relaxing and enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast is delicious
