1. Hotel service is bad, with night shift receptionist sleeping during shift.
2. After housekeeping the staff left the cloth on top of bed.
3. The room door lock spoiled and took 30 minutes to fix when we check in. Even after fixing, it was really difficult to close/open the door which makes us feel really unsafe.
4. The room have a musky smell and there is lizard in the room.

The Hotel was ok for the price. But has to fix the shower switch at the bathtub. No closure for the bathtub. We used the kitchen one. Some bad odor in the room for two days. Why they have a kitchen in the room without any equipment like a pan or a pot. There were only 2 coffee spoons. That’s it? No hot water at the bathroom sink and in the kitchen. Decoration in the lobby and the corridor was nice.

I stayed three nights. Two of those nights our room didn't have electricity. The hotel knew this and dragged their feet to fix the problem. They said they couldn't move me to another room because they were full. I told them I needed electricity as I use a medical device to sleep at night, well, they didn't seem to care about that. So I slept two nights with no aircon and no medical device. Do better!
