Let's first start with something good of the hotel. Reasonable cost within budget, near Bangla street, opposite of banzaan market ( seafood market), next to jungceylon. WiFi is actually working but sometimes will be poor signal. Just have to be patient. I stay in L2, balcony is facing an empty field. Not sure what it is but luckily there has not foul smell and less noise in room. Toilet is abit dimmed and floor trap may need to clear up abit as floor is always stagnant on top . Bed is clean, no bugs, and free 2 bottle water daily.

The location was perfect right beside or behind jungceylon mall. Cons is next to the boxing stadium...very noisy at night time, can't sleep...no sound proof. Otherwise all is fine and value for money.

Great place to stay in the heart of patong. Very close to bangala road, boxing stadium and juice long are pretty much next door

Slept like a baby despite the super loud announcements from the MT matches at night beside the hotel lol!! A really good location with food, bars, massage parlors, beauty salons, convenient stores and pharmacies nearby!! its approx 15mins walk to the beach! :)
+ theres a 7/11 downstairs but is always super crowded with long queues
+ staff were super friendly and helpful too
+ wifi super good and strong too

I tay thus hotel 3 night when I arrive hotel check-easy but I come to room first I check toilet door is stuck , safe box not working, TV is not working I went reception there is one girl she's talk to me very rood but she call maintenance and fixed everything room bed is comfortable hope next time toilet is fixed

In the second floor room so many bugs in bed
Very nice and helpful staff they change our room
but the hotel is old building and location at dirty alley
