The only positive aspect is the room. The room is very beautiful, and I was even upgraded to a room with a balcony and a view of the sea and the pool.
However, be aware: This hotel is not suitable for people with disabilities or elderly guests. There are no direct elevators from the lobby to the rooms—you have to take two separate elevators, and to reach the second one, you must navigate through a maze-like path.
Cleanliness: People left a garbage bag in a hallway, and it remained there for four days without being collected.
Pool area: There are no umbrellas by the pools, so the sun beats down on you, making it quite unpleasant.
Breakfast: Absolutely terrible. The coffee comes from an office-style coffee machine, and if you want a proper barista-made coffee, you have to pay extra—even in a so-called 5-star hotel! The buffet is dull, repetitive, and extremely disappointing.
Restaurants and bars: It’s no surprise that they are empty. Even during happy hour, there isn’t a single soul, and the staff just stand around. On top of that, everything is extremely overpriced.
Beach access: There is no direct access to the beach—you have to go down a lot of stairs under the scorching sun. There are beanbags on the beach, but if you want towels, you have to walk to a designated station, sign for a certain number of towels, and then return them afterward.
Bottom line:
I do not recommend this hotel. I am extremely disappointed!

An excellent hotel that cater more for traveller whom prefer tranquility. Only downside is that the location is right at the end of the island and that means much further away from main town.

A very beautiful place...many wonderful details are worth discovering one by one, just like the ice cubes in the welcome drink. The quiet bay and the highly designed buildings are beautiful and fun, day or night, never had enough. Reminds us of Dubrovnik...it seems that there are many local influencers who check in...but they are not annoying. I hope to keep this beauty forever, and thank all the staff for making us feel at home.

First of all, the hotel is still under construction, and the facilities are average. We deliberately chose the seaside room with the best view, which cost more than 4,000 yuan! The room was decorated with a domestic three-star style, full of Taobao style, and there was no texture in every aspect. When the tide receded, it was all reefs...
There were more fallen leaves and stone ants on the beach, which felt more primitive.
The most unbearable thing was the stench of the sewer!! It happened that I didn't feel it very obviously when I checked in, but it could wake people up in the middle of the night! Oh...it's the hardware pain again.
The spa is outsourced and cannot be put on account.
